    Its also far more widespread amongst those of a lower socio economic background, it is irrelevant to race.

    the abos are dirt poor because they DONT work. There are jobs in my home town that they CAN do but wont. A lot of the guys are talking about trying to hire some of the fruit pickers that come up. At least they work for their money not sit back and EXPECT the goverment to pay em.

    Im not just talking about poverty, white australia marginalised and segregated Aboriginal people for 200 years. Do you think this is going to be solved in a couple of decades? I agree with the principle that what is occurring now is not working but attributing this to race is just not correct. I can walk into any prison in the world and see that the majrity of incarcerants share a common factor, very low socio economic status. And it isnt just about money, its also about educational and employment opportunities, not just current day but generational.

    There is NO way white aussies are to blame for abo bad behaviour...sorry but saying we are to blame is a cop out and a big part of what the real issue is.

    Neither are the blacks responsible for white aussies bad behavior.

    How would you solve this problem...put them on reservations...kill them...put them in prison?

    Wasnt in my home town for the weekend but got the runddown today...

    3 abos got done for being drunk in the main st
    no white guys got done
    pub closed early on sat night due to the amount of abos in town looking to fight ect.

    Very possibly because the non-indigenous just drink at home and bash their wives in private

    proves nothing except that some will use any excuse to try and demonstrate that one sector of the community are "not worthy" and "losers" by virtue of being born into that community

    Let us revisit that definition again

    abo is short for aboriginal
    therefore its not a racial slur.

    My car was stolen early saturday morning by 2 aboriginals. It was written off.
    Doesnt bother me that they are aboriginal, im just pissed off about my car.
    Is it relevant to this thread ?

    Nah my insurance only covered other cars if i hit them. The 2 that were in it went to hospital which is why the cops know who did it.
