What happened is that the former corrupt prosecutor closed the investigation into Burisma oil two years before Hunter Biden joined its board and then, two years later, Joe Biden enforced the will and desires of nearly every western nation (and tens of thousands of Ukrainians) by getting that prosecutor fired because he was unwilling to fully investigate claims of corruption.

And then a new prosecutor came in and re-evaluated all of the evidence against both Bidens and found zero evidence of wrongdoing.

And then, one month later, Trump requested assistance from a foreign leader against Trump's domestic political opponent while simultaneously, and unilaterally, holding up hundreds of millions in military aid.

That's what happened.
