Kavanaugh accuser Dr. Christine Ford lays out conditions for Congressional testimony

HE DOESN'T HAVE TO PROVE HIS INNOCENCE SHE HAS TO PROVE HER CLAIMS.

The FBI got her letter weeks ago and said there is NOTHING for them to investigate. The Senate legal counsel's office is investigating as they do in these procedures and they have only confirmed the witnesses say it didn't happen they witnessed nothing.

You ARE an American and understand our system of justice don't you? You just lost this argument, sir. Again what is there to investigate, the only alleged witnesses deny it occurred. Her story has shifted. We've already seen people making false statements on her behalf and having to withdraw. She is refusing to come and give her testimony desperately seeking ways to get out of it and blame Republicans.

This only applies when someone accuses a Democrat of something.
Republicans are assumed guilty until God yells down from the sky and says otherwise.

The Committee has given her until Friday to make her decision. Grassley was thinking about giving her until Wed to testify and still hold the vote Thursday. But now that all her witnesses deny the event took place. Grassley is still thinking of Monday. Which that is where he needs to keep it. Do not allow the Demos to delay any longer.

Confirm Kavanaugh and then file Ethical charges on Feinstein and talk about Censuring her.

The point is Blues, you lot don't want to give her a chance to prove her claims, not in a real way. And, I'd want my son's innocence proven. I lost?

I think you need to go have a drink and a joint. It's ok, son. You lost this battle. You'd be ok with your son having this awful shadow over him forever. I wouldn't.

 

I want her to go before the committee and give her testimony, I wanted her to do it yesterday, I want her to do it Monday morning. She is the one refusing and trying to hide behind phony demands. And you would want to accusers to prove their claims, we don't prove innocence in this country. You would want them to make their case and then refute it. But when the person has no case to make just unsupported conjecture the accused does NOT have to prove their innocence.

And false claims of some victory only show how you position is slowly eroding away.

Tell me what evidence proves this true? What evidence has she produced to back her claims that has withstood scrutiny?

Why the delay, the witnesses have been interviewed and nothing there. Time for her to put up or shut up. Maybe you should put down the joint and the drink so you can form some kind of rational and reasonable opinion here.

 

Exactly there has been no case made to keep this cloud over Kavanaugh and his family and the country any longer than necessary. She shows up Monday and gives her testimony.
