Ah. Your friends/relatives lied to the FBI. That's a federal felony..
How did you get your clearance w/o said pee test?

Soooooooooooo the third lying snake has crept out from under the scum bag porn lawyers rock. If you wanted to come forward with accusations about Kavanaugh why on God's green earth would you pick a porn lawyer to represent you. This no doubt leads right back to Stormy Daniels.

Yes the government takes drugs very seriously when it comes to clearances, but they don't always give pee tests.

If you get a TS/SCI full scope poly they'll get the drug information they need, but for a TS it's just an investigation...not an interrogation.

With now 3 accusers and numerous high school and college classmates willing to swear Kavanaugh was often legless drunk and frequently belligerent and out of control it is clear he has perjured himself while under oath.He is unfit to be a justice let alone a Supreme Court justice.

It gets to the point of this thread. Here you, and the other conservatives, are going on certain men are this way and certain men are that way, but it really doesn't ring true. If your beliefs were reality, I would not exist. And it may be just resentment, on your part, doing the talking. More and more, it seems that conservatives politics are the politics of resentment. Not exactly the attitude of those in the in-crowd.

It is like you saying, this guy can't know what happened, because he was just his roommate. One would have to be extremely unobservant to not notice if the person sharing a room with one was a heavy drinker.

This may be the part that makes it all the more worse, from my point of view. Except for a few experiments early on, being a teenager and all, I have never drank alcohol. I think that alcohol makes people worse. Alcohol is a poison.

When I was in high school, when I went to parties, I noticed a consistent pattern. At those parties, where everyone was drinking, eventually, a fight would almost always break out, people would crash their cars.

At those parties, where marihuana was consumed, things were always peaceful, friendly.

No one never asked me to take one. I first got a clearance before they did pee tests. They never asked and I never told.

Frankly, I doubt you actually exist. As an online profile, sure, but in real life? I doubt. I would point out that observing that one is a heavy drinker, isn't the same as the followon allegation of his assertion that Kav is "capable of rape". So, don't leave out all the inconvenient contextual info. It makes you're own credibility suffer.

So, you admit that you have a bias, then, right? I mean, other than you're perfect and studly, and all omnipotent and all, you don't like the demon liquor. And all that narrative just evaporates. You then compound it by asserting that your pot consumption, well, we can read it. So, you are a stud, world renowned, etc, and you dig pot. Accomplished athlete, and pot smoker? Letterman in high school, and pot smoker. Home coming queen date, and pot smoker. Well isn't that seemingly contradictory. But ok.

We have no reason to believe this, and every reason to doubt it.
Why do you need to make things up to make a point?
Why did you let your friends commit federal felonies on your behalf?

About 8 years ago, I worked a project, at a defense contractor, that required a clearance. When I talked to the investigator, I told him that I sometimes consumed marihuana products. He shrugged his shoulders, said he didn't care. But then, that was a rather low level clearance.

Wait... you think the investigator decides if your clearance is granted?

If you admit to using any illegal drugs in a clearance investigation above SECRET (maybe even below, I'll check the MMS), then you cannot receive it.

My point is that you won't get a pee test to get a TS, unless your program manager says it's necessary.

Hmm.. Evidently, our magic stud doesn't understand the real power of the internet. The FBI was actively testing folks for drugs all the way back to the mid 70s. As did most of our military organizations. It was common. So, it in 1984, ImNotOliver had not done a drug test, it is very unlikely to be a correct recollection.

I would point out that being a civilian with clearance, and a gov employee are subject to different standards. The granting of a final secret back in the 80s required successful pass of urinalysis. Required if you were a gov employee, including being a member of the FBI.

Exactly... Fables, myths, and so far no faery tales....But, if liberals become anxious enough, I don't doubt that something like that will come "out" as well.... Liberals are nothing if not predatory of those groups they feel they own that go out of the lines so to speak. Just ask Cosby...

When I was in high school, only about 10-20% of the students fully participated in the school experience. The athletes, cheerleaders, student government, those who decorated for and attended the dances, in the clubs and parades and all that. They were a small group. At the class reunions, it is this group that puts them on and is among the most reliable attendees.

Given the conservative penchant for dissing schools, I doubt many were in this crowd.

When I was in high school, I can remember us making fun of the anti marihuana ads. Here we were, the elites of the school, sitting around smoking pot.

I really like the one where they insist marihuana makes one dumb. There was this one kid. He was always going on about how bad marihuana is. How dumb it makes you. Yet he was like a struggling C student and had never tried it.

My girlfriend was a starter on both the girls volleyball and basketball teams, was class vice-president throughout high school, was president of the French club, and was voted to be the Prom Queen our Senior year. Both of us smoked a little of our favorite herb from time to time.

To paraphrase a line from a pot movie, Have you ever had sex? Have you ever had sex on weed?

And this proves what? That you don't know how to spell marijuana?
