Statistically speaking, it was likely black on black crime. Most of these incidents go unsolved due to the successful Stop Snitching campaign being run in 'hoods across the nation.

So what are you going to do then? Stop the car, jump out and grab some little kid, beat his name and address out of him and then confront his parents? That's about 10 crimes right there. Your car's insured so get all this damage from a snowball fixed, except there isn't any. You should get a new perspective on life, buddy.

What I find most disturbing is the fact that you thinks it's not only acceptable to mess with other people's property.... and you want to lecture the property owner.

For ****s sake... can we have an ounce of responsibilty and accountability in our society?

regardless of the race of the victim or the snowball throwers, calling the police would be the correct path to take

being responsible in ones response to kids throwing snowballs is also part of responsibility and those that resort to shooting people should also be held to accountability in this country

ad no one is saying the children should not also be held accountable, being against shooting them or beating them up is not the same as saying what they did is ok

they would come, take a report, and watch out for them in future to try to prevent it from happening going forward, if nothing else the kids seeing the police come might scare them into not doing again, even if they don't get caught

    No, that's your opinion.
How do you know he didn't get the gun in accordance with all state and federal laws?

No it is not. Thats beyond ridiculous. A car can be used to kill someone, but it is not it purpose, nor its primary use. A gun on the other hand.....

So we do that before someone is killed. How about we find a way to do that BEFORe someone gets killed ?

Because in free countries, people retain their rights until they do something that causes them to be removed through due process.
We don't remove rights because people might abuse them.

So the use of a car is more important than the fact that it can be used to kill. Which means you're not all that concerned about it. And while you say that a guns primary purpose is to kill, I say its primary use is to defend ones own life or that of someone else's life. Like I said before, there are a million and one ways to kill someone. However, a gun is "the great equalizer". It allows anyone no matter their age, build, strength or anything else to defend themselves where they wouldn't be able to without it.

You can't. That's simply impossible. It is also impossible to stop all killings. Even if you take guns completely away, people will STILL be killed. But people have a right to defend themselves. And if you take away that Right, or reduce their ability to then you are responsible for them getting hurt or killed. (note: "you" is the royal usage here...not you personally grapeape). The best that we can do is react to a killing. You can try and mitigate it by working on the problems that lead to people killing other people. But that is all that you can really do. You do that by addressing poverty, mental health issues, education, and reformation of those convicted of crimes, and if necessary ending the life of those that kill through the death penalty. None of which requires even one single bit more of gun control laws than we already have.
