    All charges should be dropped.

    Clear cut self-defense. Kyle did nothing to provoke the mob of criminals who attacked him.

    This is a case of another political witch hunt being conducted by the left in an attempt to take away American's right to self-defense.

    Charges in Wisconsin won't be dropped... and he didn't do anything illegal in Illinois, ergo....

    Here are just a few of the ridiculous arguments being made on his behalf to avoid extradition to the outlaw justice of a 3rd world country..... I.E. Wisconsin, the Cheese state.

    In a filing on Thursday, defense attorney John Pierce alleged technical errors in the paperwork behind Rittenhouse's detention, portrayed his client as a patriot who acted in self-defense, and said extraditing him to Wisconsin would "be to turn him over to the mob."

    "There is a presidential candidate in the heat of arguably the most heated election, perhaps ever, certainly since 1860, that has inflamed the situation," Pierce said at the hearing on Friday. "There is no reason to rush. There is danger to this detainee."

    Well, the Democrat mob did try to kill the child. Thankfully he was able to take a couple of them out before the rest of the animals tucked tail and ran back to the bushes where they belonged.

    I actually find all the delay tactics amusing in this case. They worked for Trump because he's a free man. Here, it's just one more day in jail...

    HE shot 3 people in cold blood killing two of them he at best deserves life in prison with no possibility of parole at worst the death penalty.

    The leftists love to conveniently forget that Kyle Rittenhouse is the same age that Trayvon Martin was when Trayvon tried to murder George Zimmerman in cold blood.

    Those wern't People, they were violent criminals who were Rioting and meant harm upon an innocent Child. Unfortunately for the Thugs and forturnate for us law abiding citizens, the Child knew how to operate an AR-15 and terminated the Threat upon himself and society. Kyle's only crime was being born White in Liberal society.

    I did figure out why his attorney's are going to drag out his extradition... In Illinois, he's in Juvvie Hall... In Wisconsin, he goes straight to the big house ...

    He willing went into a hot area while armed, outside of his own state, he sure as heck was looking for trouble !!!!

    Carrying a firearm is not necessarily looking for trouble. I carry a firearm with me at all times just in case trouble finds me, because my entire city is a “hot area.”

    So America has "NO GO" areas? When "looking for trouble", did he call names, yell profanities, threaten anybody, aim his rifle at anybody before being attacked, or make obscene gestures at people? He was illegally carrying a rifle because of his age, but he did not do anything to invite an attack as far as I know. Bust him for illegally carrying a rifle and have a nice day.

    The "carrying underage" misdemeanor is probably the only charge that will stick, and maybe they'll pin some sort of nonsense "reckless tomfoolery" charge on him in a hopeless attempt to appease the leftist riot rats, and keep them from burning down the city... again.

    Time served, few years of probation, piddling fine... Sir Kyle of House Ritten, the Hero of Kenosha rides away into the sunset.

    You cannot act in self defense if you are committing a crime.

    So I particularly agree with you, charge him with illegally carrying a rifle

    He travelled from his home state, where he could not own a weapon, to a nearby state where he got hold of one and ammunition. He voluntarily interjected himself into a place where he knew there was the potential for violence, with a loaded semi automatic weapon. He WAS LOOKING for trouble and not finding it he created it.
