He traveled miles from his home where he faced no threw or danger and placed himself in that situation.

Just like the girl who wore a miniskirt to a frat party.

Yes, people have the right to exercise poor judgement. No one has argued to the contrary.

Are you obsessed young girls wearing miniskirts? Do you picture them in pig-tails?

You are fully aware of why I make this reference, just as you are fully aware of how it negates your 'tempt fate' narrative.
Tell me how I am wrong.

He went there because he knew what was happening. It wasn’t an unknown.

What did he know was happening.

You make the reference because you know that you can’t rationally defend your view on this one, so you create a diversion.

Kyle exercised his rights that we all share, to go where we want and be safe. the azz****** who had no right to set fires and destroy things and threaten people do not have that right.

You seem confused on what rights we all have.

So just as bad as say, joining the military or a fire department.

I think it's the "risk yourself to help others" that really confuses a Democrat.

One who joins the military or a fire department receives training.

So kind of like a pretty woman in a miniskirt walking into a room full of drunk men.

    Not much really.

    Guess who also had training?

He used that AR15 like a pro. I've seen Marines in Iraq fumble more.

You know your statement is false, you refuse to address the miniskirt / frat party issue because you know it destroys your narrative.

You are the one diverting from the actual subject here.

I’m waiting for some goof-ball to enter the discussion and call me a frantic liberal Democrat.

So, it’s your position that members of the military and firefighters receive very little training? Seriously?

It's an equal application of the argument you presented. If you don't like it then I would suggest you quit putting the blame on the victims. Otherwise deal with it. This is what happens when you use the same defense of those who commit rape.

Did he know he was going to be chased and attacked for no good reason?

    Yeah.

A Marine infantryman gets about 4 months of training before being shipped out, and that's more than an army grunt would get.

Guess how long they spend teaching you how to shoot an M16.

    Two weeks.

    One week actually shooting.

    I haven't diverted a thing.
-You- want to blame the victim for, as -you- said, 'tempting fate'.
-You- refuse to be consistent in doing so.
Please demonstrate the rational basis for blaming the victim in one scenario, but not the other.

A person with common sense would know that there’s reasonable expectation of being involved in a violent confrontation when one inserts himself into a violent riot.

A person with common sense would know that there’s reasonable expectation of being involved in a sexual assault when one wears a miniskirt to a frat party.
Why do you blame the girl who chooses to do so?
    Oh? You don't?
    Why do you blame Rittenouse?

I spent 20+‘years as an army infantryman. We were at the range practicing and qualifying regularly. Marksmanship / firearms training didn’t end with basic training.
