Hillary only won 88% of the black vote because Obama voter did not show up for her. Biden couldn't possibly have picked a black VP candidate more hated in the black community than Kamala Harris, due to her harsh record on criminal prosecutions of minorities. Biden/Harris are counting on wealthy white elite liberals who fund the Democrats, and most of the black voting population is aware of that even if they still vote Biden.

Trump doesn't need to win the majority of the black vote, and he won't. He only needs to get to 15%.

Well, that wouldn't be surprising. America's notable white supremacists all moved to the Democrat Party since Trump was elected, where they belong.

15% is only "in the realm of possibility" in the sense that "anything is possible".

For example, it is "possible" that the World could end before I hit "Post Reply" on this message.

Such are the "possibilities" of Trump getting 15% of the Black Vote.

We sure do seem to have more than a few elected Democrat leaders coming out of the woodwork in favor of Trump.

Did you see this video from the local city council member from Flint Michigan about which candidate he believes is really vested in helping poor people? 1.5 million people have seen it.

 

Do I think Trump will get 15%, of course not.

At minimum, anything that is signature related - whether it's missing or seems to be a mismatch. Here's an article that discusses the quickie signature analyses that are typically performed that can lead to rejection. It seems to me that the ease with which mismatches can be identified has the potential for being misused. If not allowed to be corrected, it could lead to a challenge similar to 2000 when each punch-ballot had to be examined by a team of people. That's the last thing we need; it's so much easier to deal with this in advance by getting them corrected.

I live in NYC and know of two people who died of Covid and 7 more who had it, 2 of whom got VERY sick and one is only 43.
