I’ve only driven through Portland exactly once on I-5. I seen MLK blvd, and Rosa Parks blvd off ramps but I didn’t exit. How much more Virtue signaling is there in that city?

We had a bunch of nutjobs protesting against border security yesterday. As far as I know, they didn't riot, or assault random people.

 

The anitfa, the Rose City Antifa does not demonstrate. It is not what they do. They are part of the anarchy sub culture that permeates the Northwest. They spend their free time hanging out with friends, drinking beer and getting high, as is the Portland way. There are even bars and restaurants that carter to them. They are part of Portland culture. On a day to day basis, they are just another Portlander. Friendly and happy.


The Antifa only become active when White supremacist/nationalism groups come to town to spread their hate. The worse offender has been Patriot Prayer. But their big guy has been arrested for his violent behavior and the leader is having all kinds of civil legal troubles of his own. It is why they didn't show up on Saturday. They come from Washington. The Proud Boys are an East Coast fight club, who have women issues. Apparently fighting helps with the frustration.

The latest rally was of men defending men accused of sexual misconduct. In a very female friendly town. It has nothing to do with sibling rivalries. It is more about fending off creeps.
