    The latter was already remedied, it was their big win, observers were moved from ten feet to six feet.

    The transition is being interrupted: Funds have not been released and briefings haven’t begun.

    He is up to speed, he gets the same briefings Trump does. Since he is not president that's all he gets now. Do you want two guys making decisions on everything?

    It's not delayed, Trump is following the law. Give me a reason Biden needs it early when he's not even elected president yet? Also it's probably not legal to turn over stuff to someone who isn't president, I would have to read the law about that. If it is then I want the nuke codes.

    Hillary lost by 75000 votes in the battle ground states but she had more respect for her country than trump and his henchmen do.
    Never in our history has a loser pitched such a tantrum.
    We may need to end up dragging him from the White House in January.

    Not true, you should read about some past elections especially one that congress had to end up resolving. This is tame compared to that but I realize you have to make Trump the most evil at everything even if it isn't true.

    There is an accusation, with no evidence. Without any evidence, other than "i know a guy who said that one time he saw......" do you really think there is a case ?

    Usually you conduct an investigation to get evidence not the other way around. If someone tells you someone was just shot in a store do you say, "what evidence do you have" or do you go and look?

    No. USUALLY you have evidence of a crime before you accuse. You cant make an accusation out of thin air, you have to have at least SOME evidence.

    In your example, you would have a body with a bullet in it.

    No you don't you have a suspicion there may have been a crime. If you have the evidence already there is nothing to investigate.

    But you won't see the body without going to look at it first will you. Until then you merely have the word of some guy you don't know.

    What about rape that happened years ago, should we never believe the woman since she accused without any proof.

    Is that what you are saying?
