    Trump's claim is that Dems in Philly and Pitt both worked to cure flawed ballots is attempting to make the case that this was unfair treatment. It is the same thing the Gore V GWB SCOTUS case was decided on.

    No one can predict how this will turn out.

    It was a 77k over 3 states in 2016 so yes it could be CONSIDERABLY closer.

    The extremist rightwingers would have been rioting and looting if Hillary had contested those paltry 77k.

    YOUR biggest LOSER*-in-Chief doesn't have any legal basis for disputing any of those ballots.

    Its really funny how Trump haters absolutely believed the Ukraine whistle blower without a shred of evidence even though that person admitted to hearing things 2nd hand and even 3rd hand and kept the guy's identity a secret (or tried to anyways). Yet absolutely refuse to even look into whether the affidavits that have been openly submitted, on pain of perjury, with names attached, are true or not.

    From what I understand there are about 50 affidavits from 50 different people in the court filing. They're all lying? Individually they could probably be dismissed...50 though?
