    There are 5 times as many GOP candidates. Was there 5 times the turnout?
    Perhaps many D's don't have a particular interest and it doesn't matter which of the 2 win the nomination. So they did their normal lives.

    So anyways... Everybody is waiting... Where is your proof that college kids know what socialism is? I don't recall ever studying or hearing about it when I was in college in the late 90's. Had someone told me it was cool to be a socialist and I would get free tuition and healthcare, I would've likely been dumb enough to say "HECK YEAH! SOCIALISM!" Until, of course, I said it to my mom, who would have slapped the taste out of my mouth. So, where's your proof that they know?

    Whatever the cause for "excitement", turnout excitement always bodes well for the party that has it. GOP had it in 2010 and 2014. Not in 2012. The results reflected such.
