I don't know. Perhaps you should ask Barack Obama. The first thing he did as president was sign an executive order saying he'd close Gitmo in a year. Perhaps he didn't know what he was doing? As for projections, I think I'll pass and stick with reality. Thanks for the offer though. Oh and by the way, I love your "Bush deficit" line, as it ignores the fact that Barack Obama voted for the vast majority of that deficit liberals whine and squeal about.
Whats this "crash" you speak of? I think OC will be viewed in pretty much the same way Medicare and Medicaid was in retrospect, in 5/10 years times, when the GOP have gotten over their "repeal and replace" pipedream... Replace with what pray tell....
the point is that obama wanted to close gitmo, congress obstructed that action just like they've been obstructing the economic recovery
Yes of course. Every promise Obama broke- it's Republicans' fault. Even the left-leaning Politifact is counting it as a promise broken: http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...77/close-the-guantanamo-bay-detention-center/ Sorry, you lose again.
stop lying, he said it meaning his alleged muslim faith just as he clarified in the next sentence and george stephanopoulos confirmed any person with a functioning brain can follow the conversation and see exactly what obama was saying what are you, twelve?
70% "promise" (should say 'pledge'...) rate of kept or compromised with Repubs is rather good IMO... I'd wager better than either Clinton or Bush to be fair.
Barack Obama said "my Muslim faith". True or false? - - - Updated - - - Translation: At this point, I'd like to simply make some (*)(*)(*)(*) up and claim Obama keeps more promises than Clinton or Bush, even though I don't have a shred of evidence to support my claim.
stop being dishonest, i've already made it crystal clear what he said, what he meant, what stephanopoulos confirmed and what people with a brain understood him to say
Barack Obama said "my Muslim faith". True or false? Oh and Stephanopolous didn't confirm anything. He coached and corrected. Nice try.
LMFAO that you think either of those people were more honest... But obviously, as this site seems to only track the current commander-in-chief, we'll never know
i believe that senator Mccain is thinking from a political perspective. If the G.O.P. does not reach out to the black,Hispanic and Asian communities than it will be increasingly more difficult for a republican to occupy the White House. The african american community makes up 15%, the hispanic community makes about 17% and the asian community is about 8% of the population. What the Senator means is that if the Republican party remains the party of Dole, Romney,Gingrich and Santorum that these minority groups will continue to vote for the democractic party and conservatism will be destroyed by the consent of the masses.
LMFAO that you think I made any statement regarding the honesty of Clinton or Bush. Do they not teach kids how to read English where you live?
all your lies and obfuscations are exactly what got obama elected keep up the good work then there's reagan who broke his promise to abolish the education dept
Bush spent far too much and was pretty much as bad as Obama. Both love big government health care programs, both love war, both love big deficits, both are secretive and love the Patriot Act. I could go on, but why bother complaining about a president who's been out of office for over four years? There, that was easy. Got any toughies? - - - Updated - - - Obama said "my Muslim faith". True or false? Oh and here's more for you to dodge. You said when Obama said "my Muslim faith", he meant "alleged" Muslim faith. So why didn't Stephanapolous "confirm" (as you said he did) by saying "your alleged Muslim faith"? Time for more talk about the 2012 election, eh? LMAO@howeasyitistomakeyoushuckandjiveandspin
You can fix it easily with one word. Obama said "my Muslim faith". True or false? Real life beckons so I must go. Decide if you want to show some integrity here. All you have to do is type one simple word. Feel free to make another personal attack rather than face reality if it pleases you. Obama said "my Muslim faith". True or false?
i've already quoted the relevant conversation can you not read? at: 0:01 in the video STEPHANOPOULOS: You mention your Christian faith. Yesterday you took off after the Republicans for suggesting you have Muslim connections. at: 1:11 in the video OBAMA: Let’s not play games. What I was suggesting — you’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith. And you’re absolutely right that that has not come– STEPHANOPOULOS: Christian faith. OBAMA: — my Christian faith. Well, what I’m saying is that he hasn’t suggested that I’m a Muslim. And I think that his campaign’s upper echelons have not, either.
Translation: Hey doodoo, I'm having trouble getting any traction too. How about we band together and start a nice circle jerk, since we can't win on the actual facts and merits? You'll have to pretend I'm relevant, though. You cool with that?
Being unfamiliar with this, I cranked up google, and Here's what I found. This claim turns out to be false. The entire interview is available at the link. At no time did Obama claim to have a Muslim faith. What he did was deny that McCain had SAID that he had a Muslim faith. It's true that Obama uttered the words "my" and "Muslim" and "faith". Deliberately misrepresenting what he said is dishonest.
Thank you once again for proving my assertion correct. Obama did in fact say "my Muslim faith" as I stated. Furthermore, as I stated, Obama supposedly said "Muslim" accidentally. Stephanopolous confirms my statement by correcting Obama and saying "Christian faith". Thanks again for making this a real home run for me. I feel even better now that you've reposted the video confirming my assertions. Have an AWESOME evening! Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!!!! Your concession is noted.
