    Particularly inappropriate were the American fans chanting "F*ck Tr*mp!" in a French bar during a Fox interview after the victory.

    They would do well to keep their patriotic effusions for the homeland rather than pandering to the sentiments of European democracies.

    Particularly inappropriate was Rapinoe and a teammate throwing the American flag to the ground in a post-game celebration. Trump has tried to be classy and congratulated the team. This should be the end of it......selfish Rapinoe will come out with trashy, tasteless ‘**** the White House’ comments in 3,2,1. Then she will try and upstage the President by meeting with Occasional Cortex and the Obamas....
