    This is which country is seen as the greatest threat to world peace by citizens of the country filled.

    The Germans have very good reasons to prepare defenses against American incursions, and they will.

    So you are saying that Germany is going to buy a lesser product for its national defense cause you dont like the President?

    This is why Europe sp wants NATO. They are more concerned with image than reality.

    That's your personal wishful thinking. Most Germans are pro-USA. They see the US as the stronghold of freedom and democracy. Even Donald Trump can't destroy that, although he makes every effort.

    Who started WWI?

    You could argue even WWII. It was Britain and France who declared war on Germany. And for what? To save Danzig, a city that was 99% ethnically German. So much for "Self-Determination."

    I'm afraid that's not how geopolitics works. The fact of the matter is that the Americans are deeply uncomfortable with a friendly relationship between Germany and Russia, while the Germans have more to gain from Russia than from America. Those two facts will be the most important in European politics for at least another generation.

    Maybe Sobo can help me here. After the treaty of Brest-Litovsk why didnt the Kaiser sue for peace with West to keep the new lands in the east? I would have paid reparations to france and given up alsace lorraine to keep the eastern lands.

    I'm afraid that's not how geopolitics work. The fact of the matter is that the United States is too uncomfortable with a strong relationship between Germany and Russia, while German has a lot more to gain from Russia than from the Americans.
