If you think that Cohen has an incentive to lie during this sworn testimony when everyone is skeptical and at least half of the attendees are seeking any justification for placing him into jail for longer, then you are fooling yourself.

 

One thing that is legally important: Trump allegedly told Mueller in writing that Roger Stone didn’t tell him about WikiLeaks. Now Cohen is saying that Stone told Trump about the WikiLeaks dump in July 2016.

Whether he's lying or not is largely irrelevant ... he hasn't SAID anything of consequence. Trump paid legal fees ... allegedly Stone predicted a Wiki dump before the election. What Cohen has SAID, is that Trump did not direct him to lie to congress.

 

Still wish Cohen could prove that interaction between Junior and Senior... that would be a huge story as well

Yes, they would have violated their terms should they release his private records and with their very loud opposition to him seems quite pragmatic on his part.
