Thats exactly it-its always a double standard. Kevin Hart found out exactly where he sits on the lefty totem pole. And its somewhere below gays. But still higher than white comedians.

It kills me because I am a huge fan of comedy, have friends who were comedians, and regularly hit the LA comedy circuit. Its gone down hill fast and the old timers are having to dial things back.

I want to get to something first. I was off yesterday for a family matter, as you mentioned, but I wanted to address a term that I used on this show on Wednesday that was vulgar. I knew it right away and I tweeted that it was a terrible choice of words and that I was sorry. But please allow me to say this face-to-face.

The term is crass and offensive and I apologize to everyone, especially the LGBTQ community and to my colleagues for using it. It was a mistake. My father would have found it so unbecoming and disrespectful and he would have told me. I will work hard to be better. But I just wanted to say on camera, looking the viewers straight in the eye, I am really, really sorry.

I believe that Trump also had some lewd remarks when he denigrated Mika about some 'blood wherever', the Fox news person with another 'period blood' comment, and several opposing candidates about getting on their knees for his pleasure. Eh. Nothing new in the world of Trump.
That being said, I have the utmost respect for Secretary Pompeo and could possibly give him my support should he decide to run for presidential office. He is a true Republican and may be able to garner votes from Republicans who have left the party. I hope that he doesn't lose his appeal due to Trump's conduct.
