YES...we have definitive fossil records as well as Genome Mapping that PROVES fish eventually evolved and walked out of the sea and even today Lung Fish and such fish as the Snake Head have both Gills and Lungs as well as FEET.

I watched the Wolf of Wall Street yesterday and that was a pretty good movie.

In the past I always got a kick how in the movies Jesus would be extremely white skinned and have blue eyes and light brown blonde hair!! LOL!!!

Jesus was most likely very dark skinned and would NOT have had blue eyes.

The new Marvel Captain America movie is supposed to be good and I saw a video of people in Beijing absolutely FREAKING OUT and they were screaming like it was the Beetles as Scarlet Johansen , Captain America and Samuel L. Jackson were on a stage outside promoting the movie.

Evidently Chinese Officials under estimated the draw and appeal of Captain America as thousands of Chinese fans showed up.

Hollywood views Biblical stories the same as a comic book superhero, a good script. Add some special effects and a quality named actor or two. It has the superhero effect along with a little bit of mystery. In the end, all these movies will be judged by how much money they will make.

 

This is not a new market. There have been Biblical movies produced by Hollywood since the Golden age.

This is about money... not god. Even CKW admitted that he/she will see it regardless of "poetic license".

There is a built in crowd for this mythology and Hollywood is smart enough to exploit that audience just as Mel Gibson did with - The Smashin' Of The Christ. (seems christians can't get enough of blood and tourture)

 

It's just a market that has been rediscovered.

Funny enough the same companies used for special effects in Science Fiction Movies are being used for Biblical Movies now!!!
