All those same arguments could also be applied to cases where a woman wanted the baby but lost it.

To me it seems like however you treat abortion, that's going to have an inevitable effect on how you treat cases of fetal homicide. At least if one is to remain logically consistent. Don't tell me that abortion "saves the woman from all this trouble" but a man who slips his girlfriend an abortion pill is so terrible.
