You put that question before a fair jury, who do you think they believe? Mueller or Trump?

Trump admitted it on tape! Not to mention the Russian officials he told.

Almost endlessly. Not a good thing for Trump.

I think he'll be impeached. Republicans will protect him. And I don't know if there will be some attempt to prosecute Trump while he is President. Just to see what happens. But Mueller definitely left the road map to send him to prison as soon as he leaves the Presidency.

He obviously learned some "tricks". Probably from his dad. But he left too many witnesses. I don't think he was secretive enough. And that's going to be his downfall.

Now we know that Mueller didn't even look into collusion. Barr lied!

In evaluating whether evidence about collective action of multiple individuals constituted a crime, we applied the framework of conspiracy law, not the concept of "collusion."

But look at the context here Golem.

Trump did nothing wrong, he is not guilty of these crimes but now you want to focus on him obstructing something he never did in the first place?

Nothing in Mueller's report has to do with the actual crime, everything negative is about things regarding an investigation that never should have happened in the first place.

Same **** happened to Clinton. He wasn't impeached for an actual crime he was impeached for misbehaving during the investigation which was bogus to begin with.

That is why the senate let him off.

    Because collusion doesn't actually exist.

That is an accepted term to describe the overall investigation.

I don't think you can obstruct when there's no crime. If you can show there's a crime, then maybe you can show obstruction ... but not without an underlying crime.

The AG and the Asst AG, determined there was no Obstruction.

While it was questionable according to Muller, it was up to the AG to make the final determination. He ruled no obstruction. The Dems and mainstream media need to get over it.

And, they opened a can of worms. Now the AG is investigating the Commey-Clinton investigation and when the Obama Admin. Started investigating Trump and election Committee. I hope they discover the illegal acts the Obama Administration, Obama Doj and FBI did before and after Trump was elected.

And investigate the Felonies Clinton and her election committee committed. Not to mention the Democrat s in general.

He obstructed investigation of something his campaign, his attorney, his advisers and his family did. It doesn't have to be something he did.

So how would you have managed to indict those 37 people? And how would we know who was involved and who wasn't when Russia tried to influence our electoral system? This was never about Trump. This was about Trump's campaign and Russia. And, for whatever reason, he elected to obstruct it.

Not even close. In Clinton's case, there was no crime to cover up. Here there are many crimes. Regardless of who committed them..

The release of the Mueller Report marks the end of the beginning in the ongoing Trump saga. A couple of thing became clear in the Report: a) Russia meddled in our 2016 election, B) Trump and his pals cheered on and, c) Obstruction of justice was rampant in the Trump administration. There is enough meat on the bones to keep investigators busy for a decade. More than half a dozen redactions were because cases are in progress. In only a few hours, Barr's sugar coating has fermented into vinegar.

428 pages; and 180 deal with obstruction of justice. That's what nailed Nixon. Little was done pursuing the money. That investigation is going full steam in other jurisdictions. If Trump resigns, can he be pardoned across the board? Multiple times? If not, Trump is caught between fire and brimstone. Congress and the court will strip Trump down to his birthday suit and he is powerless to stop them. It will be death of a thousand cuts. I wonder if Trump has figured out that running for president was a dumb idea.

Nah more like a bad comedy routine at the roasters club. The thread began with a largely supercilious post that made extravagant claims and provided us with the air upon which those claims were based and went straight from supercilious to merely super silly.

If Trump obstructed the investigation how did Mueller get 37 convictions?

He never mentions that his investigation was ever obstructed in any way.

You are seriously hoping to impeach Trump on something that never happened?

And if Trump had actually obstructed him the Mueller had the power to deal with that by charging Trump when he found it.

    He never did.

    There was no obstruction.

You sir are hilarious how can you contend there was obstruction when in fact what the report lays out is unprecedented cooperation on the part of the Trump, he didn't like the investigation and thought it was largely a fraud and said so but provided team Mueller everything they wanted. Why? Because he knew there was nothing there.

That's the point. It doesn't exist in criminal code. It may not be a crime, but it's immoral to seek to contact a foreign government that has committed an illegal act to help a candidate cheat in our elections.

So you want to impeach Trump over something that we do all the time?

It's just not going to happen.

And the reason there is no law against it is because it's not really a thing that would ever turn an election.

Can you show me one single person that changed their vote due to Russia's interference?

They essentially tried to bait the guy who’s been baiting democrats since 2016. If you think about it it’s a smart strategy to attack an opponent where he’s strongest......... said no one ever lol

    Here’s a hypothetical I’d like to ask

if Hillary won do you think democrats would feel the same way about collusion, “it’s immoral to seek to contact a foreign government”, or would they look the other way like with her 30000+ missing emails?

Wow. You seem to know something Muller investigation didn't find.

The AG had the the last word on whether Trump Adm committed the indictable offense of obstruction, they found he /they did not.

Did you question Holders decisions on Clinton etc? I doubt it.

The mainstream media and the Democrats are the liars in my opinion. I hope Trump is reelected and you loser Socialists lose.

    https://www.salon.com/2019/04/18/cr...fire-mueller-to-1973-saturday-night-massacre/

McGahn told the special counsel that Trump called him a second time and told him, “Mueller has got to go.” McGahn decided to resign rather than comply with Trump’s request, but did not submit a resignation letter to the White House.

Former White House chief of staff Reince Priebus testified to the special counsel’s team that McGahn called him and said that the President had asked him to “do crazy ****.”

Priebus said he and then-chief strategist Steve Bannon persuaded McGahn to come back to work and Trump later dropped the issue. The report suggests Trump may have dropped the issue after former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie advised him against it.

Trump is beginning to make Nixon look like a choir boy. A more balanced and intelligent choir boy, to be sure, but still a choir boy by comparison.
