The special counsel -can- conclude he committed a crime.
    He did not.
    Why?

No Mueller clearly points that out in black and white.

    Your premise is flawed.
Why did trump obstruct if he was innocent?

You cannot show this be true.
The special counsel -can- conclude he committed a crime.
    He did not.

Fine. I'm quite confident Trump is innocent. Everyone but Cohen is potentially a credible witness. He's already proven he's a pathological liar. Even the Dems have no use for him.He burned that bridge last time out.

Why wouldn't he. I would obstruct too if my opponents were constantly fabricating lies. He knows the investigations will go on his entire presidency if he doesn't put an end to them.

If Adam Schiff has "evidence" of Trump collusion it's time to pull it out or resign from Congress.

No it’s not. It’s being wrong. Being wrong is not lying.

So, let me ask you a question:

If the Mueller report said that Trump used an unsecured email server to pass sensitive Government documents and that he destroyed the hard drive and many cell phones linked to it right after deleting 30,000 emails and before investigators could look at it, how ballistic would you be going right now?

And Mueller also said that during the investigation, the AG held a secret meeting with Melania on an airfield tarmac, would you be suspicious?

And then when the head of the FBI said that laws were broken and Gross Negligence did exist, but refused to indict because "no prosecutor would prosecute", when it was not his place to make that determination, would you believe that there was no influence from the WH?

Because he can’t. He can lay out the facts and congress prosecutes it.

Trump asked Russia to hack Clinton's emails publicly, then 5 hours later Russia started hacking Hillary's emails... case proved

but like Jussie Smollett, Trump will not be charged

Good, I am sure that Lindsay Graham, Jerrold Nadler and other Congressional Commitee chairmen are gearing up for full congressional open hearings regarding all of these matters. That should take about a year and wrap up long before the election.

Congress cannot prosecute anyone - the executive branch does this.
The SC has every power under the sun to conclude a President committed a crime; the only thing he cannot do is ask for an indictment.
Mueller did not reach that conclusion.
    Why?

Not in the report, the lies that were the cause of the report. Collusion with Russia.

a guilty person tries to hide the truth

Trump knows he will be a one term President, so he is just trying to delay delay delay
