She had time to do that after she smashed all her phones and wiped her servers clean. But she didn't obstruct or collude!! :roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:

If you understood the 'applicable legal standards" you'd understand why you grasp at straws.
Hint: there's no demonstration of intent.

There are ongoing investigations about the Trump campaign's interest in Wikileaks.

No, it's not. If Trump didn't collude, let Mueller do his job. It's one thing to be upset, it's another to order WH counsel to fire Mueller. he should be impeached just for that.

It depends on whether you're planning it by yourself or not. You're saying, correct me if I'm wrong, the President planned a crime, but just didn't carry it out (or his people wouldn't carry it out). let me ask the obvious question: do you want that kind of person to be President?

Then why didn’t they exonerate him?

If you were the president's counselor would you have counseled him to sit down with Mueller?

"while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime,..."

I wonder why the Mueller team "determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment"?

Perhaps they knew there wasn't a snowballs chance in hell of obtaining a guilty verdict?

So Trump wasn't exonerated on obstructing the phony collusion investigation? Now (D)'s like Schiff who swore they saw direct evidence of collusion, will try and impeach Trump for obstructing the effort to frame?

And yes you can, why do you think people obstruct?

If you don't think we do not have that kind of President with every one we elect, then you are naive.

You stop that now! Don't you dare try to talk some common sense to these "Trump Russia Collusionists".

No lawyer in his right mind would ever allow that interview.

    A president can’t be indicted, that’s why.

But the special counsel -can- conclude he committed a crime.
    He did not.
    Why?

I am not convinced that there is evidence that warrants impeachment of the President at this point. However I am looking forward to full and open hearings by one or both houses of Congress. I would like to see what the witnesses have to say, under oath in congressional hearings. McGann, Gates, Flynn, Cohen, Manafort, Trump Jr., Kushner, Preibus, Mueller, Comey, Strzok, Rosenstein and many others. Then we the people and our representatives in Congress can draw our own conclusions based on sworn testimony. If Trump did no wrong he should welcome such hearings and transparency. Again, it seems that the Trumpsters have spiked the ball on the 20 yard line and are engaging ina silly victory dance at the beginning of the 3rd quarter. This isn’t over by a longshot.

So now the defense is, everyone does it? And no, I don't believe all Presidents plan crimes, for the very reason we're seeing: it gets out. Eventually, someone talks. We have multiple examples here of Trump trying to obstruct justice and being thwarted by his own people. You can't be OK with that. Can you?

Yes you can. Your obstructing the investigation. The 'crime' isn't a 'crime' until it's proven in a court of law. It's an allegation of a crime prior to that.

Well we now know he didn't collude, nor did his campaign. So if he was clean as a whistle would you counsel him to sit down with Mueller?

No, it's just beginning. Mueller has some ethical questions to answer. Oh and Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Rosenstein, Lisa Page, Bruce Orr, et al............could be looking at some jail time.
