That makes sense. Most white liberals I know have little need for diversity. They usually talk about an elusive "black friend," but you never see them. Sometimes a black person they communicate with on the internet that lives 1,000 miles away whom they've never met is consider their "black friend." I have a liberal neighbor who is supposed to be big on helping the homeless, especially those who are black, but you never see any person of color go into his house. He does use a few blacks to fix his house on the outside. We have common Hispanic neighbors that we are good friends with, but neither he nor his wife ever talks to them. When they've tried to be neighborly, he turns the other way and wants nothing to do with them.

Hey OP, your problems are caused by conservative policies: slavery, poverty, and population growth.

Just think of how many fewer criminals there would be if they weren't forced to have children because of idiotic religious beliefs.

 

...........so if that is the case then you should also have the most representation of those incarcerated because by sheer numbers you commit more crime, but unfortunately we see that is not the case, is it.

 

I agree, but the problem is most of the police depts, sheriff depts, prosecuters and courts are run from the local level and the Pres and the Atty General don't have any control over that.

Don't get me started on Clarence Thomas.

 

That depends on which prison you look at. I highly doubt the majority of inmates in Alaska and Montana are black.

Wow, not surprised to see the conservatives on this forum jumping at the chance to denigrate an entire society of people. This is a cultural thing, and guess what? Its not just Blacks perpetuating it. I'm from a village in rural Ohio, where there are virtually no minorities. A few years ago, there was a robbery epidemic where not only did the perps steal, but in some cases BURNT DOWN the houses after the fact. Guess what? They were all white Heroin addicts. We live in a society where a quick buck and extreme behavior is exalted, sure, but blaming it all on "the liberals" is shortsighted.

I don't know where the OP lives, but crime across the nation has been in a significant decline for quite some time now.

 

Why shouldn't I blame the liberals? Every pocket of poverty in this country is overrun with liberals and the politics of victimhood. We're the richest, most free nation in the world, there's no excuse for people living in project housing and welfare. The only limitations people have to success and happiness are the artificial limitations placed in the mind by Democrats.

Lol, just because the poor people that do vote, vote democrat, doesn't mean all criminals and black people are liberals. Most poor people don't even vote and most poor people don't even know the differences between liberals and conservatives. I know plenty of educated and financially secure democrat's who simply care about people and not about how much money they have.

Conservatives have chosen money over people which is why they are going to get destroyed in 2012.

 

Again just a point of fact, many forms of property crime do not carry any jail time at all. Instead you might only get a fine, and some community service.

You have to steal quite a lot before you get significant amounts of jail time, or engage in specific types of property crime.

That's why Trinity here is having to deal with "meatloaf" and his friends again after he got caught having stolen from somebody else.

Breaking and entering adds a lot over simple theft/larceny, and it sounds like that group did it a lot. Though I'm not sure about the particulars of NC law, they ought to be doing some time.

Really, I was finding it hard to locate a Democrat in the mortgage lending industry (before Obama). It doesn't get cold enough where I live to freeze the flag pole, I find it difficult imagine a need to lick a pole so I will defer to your expertise and experience.

Increase welfare? Why so they can breed more generations of criminals? NO! We need to stand up as a society and fight back. If you rob someone armed, it's death by hanging. You don't reward bad behavior, you punish it. Make people personally responsible for thier actions instead of blaming those actions on the "system".
