Ya gotta think having Larry Fitzgerald to throw to would appeal to PM. I could definitely see him winding up in Arizona....

Yeah thats what I was thinking recently that yeah, assuming he will be able to play next year, that it would be a no brainer to sign with the Bronco's because yeah,he wants to win now and get back to the superbowl as soon as possible so that would be his best bet.

If The Broncos can make it to the playoffs with a winning record with TIM TEBOW at quarterback,
I mean come on,thats a no brainer.Just think how far they can go with Manning at quarterback. If the Broncos had Manning at quarterback in the playoffs this last season,Im not so sure the Patriots go to the superbowl. If they did, it would have at least been a game they won in the final minutes down to the wire.

The Broncos have the defense to win a lot of games.Quarterback is the missing piece though and talk about how field advantage? The Broncos have like the best home field advantage in sports period so to me,I cant understand WHY Manning would want to sign with any other team other than the Broncos since he wants to win immediately.

Plus the AFC west is probably the weakest division in the NFL and John Fox is a pretty good coach so to me with all the teams he has to choose from,I dont know why he would possibly want to play for any others since again, they give him the best chance to get back to the superbowl as quickly as possible. That just seems like a no brianer to me.

Yeah Elway doesnt like Tebow. The fact that he said he is week to week during the season this past season speaks volumes in the faith that he has in him. thats another reason I think he will go all out to get Manning.

Manning beings friends with Elway and all is all the more reason I think he will sign with The Broncos.I agree about the cardinals as well. with Fitzgerald at wide receiver and Ken whats his name the coach of the cardinals who is an excellent coach, plus the 49ers being the only competition for the cardinals in the weak NFC division,I can see Manning wanting to sign with them as well but for the reasons listed already, you would think The Broncos would be his first choice.

Now if he still had the luxary that Kurt Warner had of throwing to THREE excellent top flight receivers in Fitzgerald,Bolden and Bresnahan when he was with the cardinals, that would be a no brainer for Manning and he would sign with the cardinals in a heartbeat.

I miss pre-free agency football...back in the day when a team could build and stay together and become absolutely dominating. Before whoever was the commish decided that America wanted 'parody' I hate 'parody'.

I kinda miss those days, too. Not only were there some great teams, but they had time to build an identity around them. My favorite was the cast of characters in John Madden's Raiders...

    That was a great era...

As much as i 'dislike' the Raiders now (or maybe it's just the Raider Nation I oppose?) I liked them in the 70's. They were a 'kick ass' git 'er done, fun to watch team. I liked the Cowboy's goal line stance. Up, down-hit. Loved those smash mouth Packers-Bears brawls. Loved the 'old "kick butt" rules' and Jim Brown playing every down, including a few defensive downs. Granted, there are better, faster and more specialized players today...but it's becoming a 'gentleman's game'.
Free agency has made it an; 'It's all about me...Team? I don got no team...I don need no stinkin' team', mindset.

Madden's Raiders were my favorite team back in the day, but I turned my back on them after Al Davis turned his back on Oakland and moved them to Hollywood.

That goes to show that the players aren't solely responsible for screwing up the game. Daniel Snyder of the Redskins is a prime example of the terrible owners who are fouling up their teams and the NFL these days... :puke:

How 'bout that 'Jones' boy and his theme park stadium? Nuthin makes me change channels on gameday faster than when he comes down to the sideline during the game to 'help coach' his floundering America's team...As soon as the camera pans to him...it's 'click' for me. I'd rather watch Martha murder a souffle.

yeah I know.Football sucks now these days and Im afraid for the future as well.Thats why I pretty much am only interested in games from the past and only watch games during the playoffs now,I mean those were the good old days when you knew most the players on your team the previous year that you liked would be back the next year.

I used to always get excited about it the whole week leading up to the game. Now that excitement is no longer there and I just watch the games mostly only during the playoffs because of that and also I got disgusted with teams moving from one city to another. The Rams to La,The cardinals to Phoenix,The Colts to Baltimore.Thats a bunch of B.S. Those two reasons got me disgusted with the NFL.same with baseball.free agency was the worst thing to happen top those two sports.

well I think its safe to say that Manning will play for the Broncos.as you know,he visitied with the broncos facilty about a week ago and and then went to visit with the titans as well.

well recently,he was at some place other than colorado, cant remember where, with John Elway again throwing for two hours to satisfy Elway that he could do so with no pain and according to Elway,he looks like the same Peyton.

Also the cardinals the other one we all agreed he might sign with, apparently they are out of the picture now recently resigning Kevin Kolb to a 3 year deal. Like i said,Manning is good friend with Elway and thats his best chance to get back to the superbowl so assuming the doctors clear him, look to see him in Bronco Blue this coming fall.

Ya think they might 'convert' Tebow to either an offensive end or running back? I think he'd make a hell of an RB

that would be a pretty good idea.a fullback type or yeah tight end,he would be great at one of those positions.oh and hold that thought about The Broncos getting him just yet.It was in the papers today that he revisited with The Titans as well again also but I would say its still a safe bet that he will sign with Denver. If we wants to get back to the superbowl again badly that would be his best bet.if he surprises us and signs with The Titans, well that just shows me that he really isnt interested about winning anymore and just wants to spend time closer to home again.as we agreed,The Broncos and The Cardinals are really the only teams that je would have a shot at at getting back to the superbowl again.

That is a great sign for the Seahawks. They were hurting for a good QB...

What would those Seahawks do if it weren't for the Packers back-up quarterbacks? (and coach)

Denver to trade Tim Tebow. My hope is that TT goes to a team that truly wants him.

    Manning to Broncos
