Bull. The vast majority of Jews in Germany prior to Hitler were very loyal. Many, during WWI served loyally in the Armed Forces. Yes, some Jews were members of the Communist Party, but just as many were also members of conservative movements which were also very prevalent.

So boycotting the businesses that supported a party whose platform included stripping you of your citizenship and legal rights makes you an enemy of the state? This sounds like pure neo-nazism.

Why did God require a sacrifice to atone "for the sins of the elect"? How does sacrificing his own son accomplish that?

God is just. Reconciliation requires atonement. His own son is the only sufficient sacrifice.

God is all powerful... but the only way he can fix his "mistake" is to kill hi- aw (*)(*)(*)(*) it. The whole thing is ridiculous.

If all the (*)(*)(*)(*) in the bible was actually real I would be far more grateful to the devil than to god. Seeing as the devil gave humans true free will and ends up making god show his true colors as a bitter (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) at every turn. Someone did the math once and it showed that in the bible the devil kills 10 people... and god kills 2.3 MILLION...

God created everything and everyone. God is omniscient, so ultimately God is responsible for the death of everyone who dies, even the ten the devil killed. I don't see how the devil gave humans free will though. I'm assuming you've read the Bible and you believe the story implies that somehow. But how?

Until the snake tempted eve with the apple, niether adam or eve had EVER made a real decision in their entire lives . They had just sat around eating food and presumably (*)(*)(*)(*)ing. And also being gods little biological experiment. Kind of like an ant farm for a 5 year old. Then the serpent AKA Satan (although there is some theological debate on weather it was even really him). Comes along and shows these two that they can do more than just screw and eat plants naked. They can decide their own destiny. Show God that they want to be able to Make their own lives... Of course when they do eat the Apple they regret it. But not becase they didn't like the Apple. The choice. But because they realized the just pissed of a being that can conjur pure energy and matter out of nothingness, and send anything he doesn't like to another plane of existence...

No, Christians are supposed to make a more active approach.
    Jews too.

Yeah, I just don't see how eating from that tree makes their will any more free than it already was. Presumably whether they ate from it or not they were still free to. Without the knowledge of good and evil they couldn't be held accountable for anything, right? So they could do whatever they could imagine to do and, as long as it doesn't involve eating from that one tree, there wouldn't be any consequences. So, in that sense, they were more free before the serpent got involved.

Circular. Explain why this all-powerful God would require atonement for reconciliation. Explain why his own son would be the only sufficient sacrifice.

If you're not going to address my points then I'm just going to ignore you.

I asked you to explain why God requires atonement for reconciliation to take place, and you answered me by saying that atonement is required to be reconciled to God. That's about as circular as it gets.

God is just. That's the answer. How could you possibly have read passed it? It was the first sentence in my response. Your question was "Why did God require a sacrifice to atone "for the sins of the elect"? How does sacrificing his own son accomplish that?"
    God is just.
    Sin must be punished.
    Therefore, atonement is required.

sooo... why didn't he do that in the old testament instead of FLOODING THE ENTIRE (*)(*)(*)(*)ING EARTH AND KILLING ALMOST EVERYTHING?

Why get so emotional about this? What difference does it make when something dies? What difference does it make how many things die at any given time? God is omniscient, so He knows when the best time is to do a thing. God transcends time, so He's not under any pressure to act at any particular time. It stands to reason that whatever God has done, He did at the best possible time.

you really take the bible literally? You really believe that the 7 billion humans today and the 100 billion humans that have lived through human history all came from 2 people and then the population at some point restarted from 2 people again?

Christians nuts have no comprehension of biology. maybe thats why the catholic church classified beavers as fish in the 1700's...

Never, in my entire life, have I met or heard of a single person who takes the entire Bible literally. What part of anything I said makes you think I do?

I don't consider it terminated at all. I'm still gonna respond and you're still gonna read it.
The question is: Why did God require a sacrifice?
The answer is: Because God is just.
    There's nothing circular about it.

No. For example when he says "there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.", I don't think he's talking about a literal thorn, or literally being beaten.

Personally, as a former Christian, Paul's words are one of the reasons I left the religion. He contridicts Christ so much that it's not funny.

For example, Christ says that his followers should still follow the laws of the old testament, and that anyone who does not, and/or teaches others not to, will be "viewed as least in the kingdom of heaven."

Paul's teachings centered on the fact that the old laws were abolished by Christ, and that Christians do not need to follow them.

Another example is that Christ said no humans can no the when the end of days has come, and that anyone who tells you it has is a false prophet and a minion of satan.

Paul preached that the end of days had come very often.
