Obama was passed an economy trending down... he passed Trump an economy trending up.... which continues to this day

Trump has not increased the econmy more then Obama did

that would be like saying Trump is responsible for the worst debt this country has ever seen.. we all know Bush was responsible for that trend, Obama and Trump just continued the trend



Obama had a failing economy to deal with, so does Trump, but he likes to lie and say it's the best economy ever, yet he is not paying off the credit card, the fed is dumping billions into the economy and keeping rates low to try and prevent the coming depression\recession, that is not the sign of a strong economy, that is the sign of a weak economy on the edge of collapse... think 1929

 

Actually, Obama stifled what could have been a very robust recovery while Trump took off the horrible regulations from the Obama era and the economy took off. Once the full effects of the Trade deals start to hit the economy it will carry through. Besides, all Obama really gave the economy was a quick sugar high with a very poor average of growth. Trump has fueled the economy for the short and the long term with his policies.

Cheery pick stats all you want and cry about Obama, but Trump has been far better for America and for the economy. I know it's embarrassing to Democrats.

 

Obama was there for 8 years too. Obama's mean GDP growth over his 8 years was 1.8%
