you are way off base there, the Creator and Judge has to be alive to be the Creator and Judge of all things, because a will is required to act decisively, and seek the fulfillment of that will, and again, life isn't from that which has no life, and the elements of the universe have no life therein, yet life is manifest in the universe.

anyways, the truth of the matter isn't known by selective evidence. the truth is known by what is there, and in this case, life is also there.
