    PLus Obama Sr. was asked to Leave Harvard due to his open
    womanizing.Yes Obama Sr. COULD have filed for a permanent residency or
    citizenship { a Student Visa is only temporary }.
    But in order for a Student Visa to file a change of status { Permanent
    residency or citizenship } they must meet eligibility as a student who status
    has changed { finished their studies or student visa expired }.
    Obama Sr. expired his own chance at even further attending Harvard.
    He was tossed out.

    I uphold your right to your bizarre version of the Constitution but the FACTS establish that the Constitution was FORMED by We the People for the BENEFIT of the GENERAL WELFARE of We the People.

    Actually you did because you established that there is NO REQUIREMENT for EVERYTHING to be ENUMERATED in the Constitution in order for it to be Constitutional.

    BOTH the DEFENSE and the GENERAL WELFARE are STIPULATED in the Constitution.

    NEITHER the air force NOR healthcare are ENUMERATED in the Constitution.

    If ONE is Constitutional then BOTH are Constitutional.

    You can't have it both ways.

    Everything falls under the GENERAL WELFARE. The states established a totalitarian government.

    Um, yeah. No they didn't. So we can dispose of these "general welfare" arguments.

    That was NOT why the SCOTUS ruled that DOMA was unconstitutional.

    DOMA was found to be unconstitutional because it VIOLATED the EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE under the Law of the Land.

    Any STATE legislation that violated the Equal Protection clause would also be ruled to be unconstitutional ergo marriage is between any two CONSENTING ADULTS.
