In fact, I said that woman would know within the first trimester if she wanted to terminate., not wait until they were two thirds of the way through the pregnancy. About five years ago, a very close friend had to terminate at 20 weeks because her life was at risk and the fetus could not have survived. She was devastated and still is. Nobody would go through that if they didn't have to. I do not believe anyone but a complete sociopath would have a late term abortion just because she changed her mind. I think that the conspiracy theories by the ult right about planned parenthood selling body parts are despicable, as are those individuals who spread such lies. I believe that it is a woman's right to choose. While I would never choose to terminate unless it were a medical necessity, I do not have the right to make that decision for another person.
