Given that the most substantial day of in person voting was less than a week ago you’re asking for information that isn’t currently in evidence. Indoor spaces, shared tools and facilities, close proximity; these have all been shown to result in increased likelihood of virus transmission.

We had the GOP trying to throw out more than 120,000 votes in Harris county Texas because people were casting their votes from their cars. The GOP isn’t interested in preventing transmission of a deadly virus. They were only interested in suppressing votes they know won’t go their way and encouraging their supporters to take risks they themselves would not take.

This concern about celebrations isn’t a matter of preventing the spread of disease, it’s sour grapes over their loss.

What shared equipment? I voted in person early. Everyone was wearing masks. Everyone received a fresh pen. After each person voted the surface was wiped down. Spread what? Being stuck next to a person shoulder to shoulder outside for an extended period of time, yelling and cheering even with masks, is more dangerous then briefly being indoors with masks AND social distancing.

The celebration is another display of total hypocrisy.

Don’t feel like having the same argument with you in two different threads. Do you want to do this here or in the other one?

Theres nothing to argue. Biden can’t claim it’s dangerous to vote in person while completely ignoring the crowds NOT social distancing or NOT ALL wearing masks. SORRY. Democrats don’t get to arbitrarily decide what is more dangerous depending on the political slant of those putting everyone in danger. They can’t yell at Trump for not wearing a mask around people when Biden does it too.

Like everyone predicted Covid will be become less and less dangerous as we get closer to inauguration. And If Democrats want to take credit for a post winter slide into less cases, it just goes to show the fakery. I do hope the MSM is sure to blame every death on Biden once he’s in office. I also wonder how much credit they will give him for the vaccine too. I’m sure his hard work for the past 12 months was vital to its success. Hehe.

One thing we know for sure. The MSM and click bait sites are going to lose ALOT of money once they can’t just post a headline starting with Trump.:)

I’ll take this post to mean you’d prefer to have this conversation here.

What evidence do you have to refute public health officials’ assessment that the protests did not contribute in any significant way to COVID infections? In what relevant ways are these celebrations significantly different from the protests?

Because they didn’t show any data that proved they asked anyone if they attended protests. It was actually the opposite. Officials weren’t allowed to ask. So any conclusions they came to are completely unverified guesses. Glad to educate you. It is statistically IMPOSSIBLE to claim Covid spread at Trump rallies while claiming it didn’t at all the BLM rallies, riots and protests where people were congregating under similar circumstances. IMPOSSIBLE and intellectually dishonest garbage to call out one side and. It the other. Total BS!

And there was no proof any voting locations spread COVID. You understand we had elections earlier this year at the height of all the Covid deaths. So the scare tactics Dems and the MSM used to dissuade people to vote in person was dishonest and evil.

Unfortunately polling centers are indoors and likely filled with careless Trump supporters who refuse to wear masks or follow any guidelines in their normal lives.

You mean Democrats who live in cities with the vast majority of the deaths? Don’t let facts get in the way of the details:)

I am worried about that. Luckily it is mitigated by being outdoors, people wearing masks, and many people actually maintaining social distance, although clearly not all.

There is a link between the disparities in healthcare for minorities and minorities are more likely to vote Democrat.

Quoting your post again to address the edit.

I don’t have the data available on the primary elections, but I do have the numbers for new COVID infections immediately following the election. Whether that can be attributed to any in person early voting sites I don’t know.

Mail in voting in the midst of a pandemic is no more evil than mail in voting in the midst of old people not being able to leave their house.

It's easy to make a point when you limit your data set to that end.
How does that record look, post WW2?

No. I am cheering for a day of pure joy for many Americans. I hope everyone stays safe and wears a mask.

That's what I was wondering.... so these are not "Super Spreader" events, but Trump rallies are?

Orwell nailed it. The modern Left have a become brainwashed cult that believes obvious lies, as long as it aligns with their ideology.

    True.

The Biden Victory Parties had the potential to spread Covid.

What a beautiful day indeed, and free of violence, too! Enabled by non-rioting, all-tolerant, armed but peaceful Conservative Americans.
Feel love and joy, courtesy of us, Conservatives :applause:

You want applause for not lashing out in violence over an election?

Anyway, it is the alt-right and Boogaloo Boiz we still have to worry about.
