McConnell's own state has absolutely done this.

For the primary, they had one polling place in all of Jefferson county. Population 766,000. For November's election, they've upped it to eight whole locations. Sad.

My city has 45,000 people, and we have 12 polling locations.

I'm not sure how you can get a more clear definition of attempting to suppress voters.

it is sad, we had tons of polling places, in public elementary schools and public libraries - seems ever State could do this

go to vote and in and out

if they want less polling places, they should be open more days

You thought wrong and haven't been paying attention

No ,it's not. Some minor delays, but nothing huge or massive....they are well prepared for the election....that was a hoax pushed by the dems

I like it and agree with the sentiment, but it is an extremely long row to hoe.

So should I be like CNN and ignore some critical information? I say before we hang the guy why not wait for the specifics? Unless of course you want to emulate CNN?

Should we do background checks for other rights such as voting? Which amendments should we force background checks on? Just trying to see if you're being consistent, or a hypocrite.

I fully expect a deflection by the way.

Your point isn't a factor as to why the law exists.

It would be wrong in either direction... In this case it happens to reflect a long tradition of Democrat meddling in elections.

If your point is established it falls under the Florida RICO statute and also applies as an unlawful activity.

Thanks for pointing your finger at a felony in progress.

Votes are not dangerous weapons. It would be ludicrous to argue such

Is a car a dangerous weapon? Which causes more deaths? Cars or Guns? Over 169,000 vehicle deaths, and about 15,000 gun deaths in 2019.

Felons get the right to have their drivers license once they are freed (unless it's a DUI and their license is temporarily suspended). Why are they not allowed their second amendment right?

Your views of the constitution are hilarious. That would be like saying you would need a background check to use your 5th amendment right in court LOL!

I love the left. They prove their own hypocrisy just by opening their mouths.

The designation is irrelevant. The body count is. If there's more deaths from a product regardless of its intended use, what does a company do?

Plus the entire point went straight over your head which in no way is surprising.

You don't understand what the constitution means. That is what you've proven to the forum lol!

II think you are thinking of Louisville, which is the county seat of Jefferson County, and a seperate independent city run by a Dem Mayor https://www.mercurynews.com/2020/06...600000-people-gets-one-voting-location-today/

McConnell is the Senator, he doesn't have anything to do with setting up election

That makes zero sense...a background check shouldn't matter if you are open to felons getting their firearm rights back

You can be dense if you want.

He didn't pay criminals bail in Illinois, or California, but in battle ground state.

The majority of which inmates are minorities that statistically vote left.

To anybody reasonable, this stinks of desperation. Just like the left's attempts to get anybody to the polls including immigrants, etc.

Looks, let's just admit that the left needs to pander to all their groups to stay in power. It's obvious.

Both sides meddle in elections. It just depends on who’s side you want to win to determine which one is “illegal”
