No just Clinton bad and nothing even close by Trump. As I said had Clinton merely had some affairs he would never have been in the trouble he created for himself.

Yea if the government had tried to force Trump to quarter staff and Secret Service in his home. But they rented the space and that was done at the suggestion of the Secret Service to better protect him and staff and foreign visitors. I think a judge has already dismissed the emolument thingy.

He was held in contempt by the judge in the matter to the tune of $90,000 for the offenses civilly and then plea bargained the criminal charges giving up his license to practice law for 5 years and forever losing the ability to argue before the supreme court. What are you denying in what I posted?

It’s still early for Trump. It took until his 6th year as president to hang the chickenshit deal on Willy. Trump has only been around politics for less than 2 years. It appears that Trump May have some dirt out there too. We’ll have to wait and see how it all pans out. Mueller could very well be ready to dump a ton of hurt on crooked Donnie any day now. This is really exciting. Remember how great you and the rest of the Teenage Republucans felt when the old cigar and the blue dress came out? Well soon there could be a bunch of happy Trump haters rejoicing too. Have a little empathy for them too.

That is dwarfed by the millions Trump had to pay for his crooked Trump University swindle.

What about it? Does it have to be equipped for Presidential use and is it used for government business? How much does he charge for that part of the rental if at all?
Did Nixon at San Clemente, Reagan at his ranch, Carter at his farm?

So what? Was it a federal judge holding him in contempt for lying under oath and obstruction of justice and did the DOJ plea bargain a criminal charge,a felony, for doing so?

I don't think so, but it doesn't matter. An individual is not capped on what they can spend in support of their campaign. Trump could have paid the porn star $1 billion from his own pocket and it would have been legal.

So all you have is some hope where with Clinton it was a false affidavit and subornation of perjury and witness tampering. And I have no idea what the Teenage Republicans thought I wasn't one of them at the time this occurred. Why your confusion here?

Clinton got fined disbarred and impeached. He seemed to finish out his two very successfully and left as a very popular president. Everyone makes mistakes. He looked right into the camera and apologized for his actions then went on about his business. I wonder if Trump will ever have the balls to admit that he ****edup? My guess is that even if he gets nailed good he will just cry about everyone picking on him and not admit anything. We will see. My guess is that most republicans will also blindly support him no matter how much dirt is presented.

ROFL suborning the perjury of Lewinsky and submitting a false affidavit and then lying under oath was not a "mistake", they were felonies. And he only apologized after he had no choice. And again the Democrats said committing those felonies in a federal court and a federal grand jury did not warrant removal from office.

Well they don't have anything for which to impeach him so the question is not why not but why.

Hopefully not. If not because they are not monumentally stupid. Impeaching Trump would be the single most stupid thing the Dems could do. It will achieve nothing beyond getting out Trump's base in 2020. The Dems need to proceed with committee hearings into aspects of Trump's behaviour as a candidate & POTUS, protect the Mueller inquiry and propose legislation on important issues such as health care.

Impeachment would be very, very foolish.

Your boys got him over 20 years ago. Then like a cat he landed on his feet, finished out his second term and has had a pretty good retirement period. Now it may be Trumps turn over the barrel. Let other people have some fun too. The true test of character is how you deal with adversity. Clinton was born under diverse conditions and rose to be a scholar, a Governor and a successful two term President. He screwed up and got slapped down and pubically humiliated then apologized, finished out his term and has enjoyed his retirement playing golf, traveling the world and enjoying himself. He is a great American success story. Good for him.

Does he not have a history of denial of making these hush money payments?

But, but, the discussion with the National Enquirer guy and his accountant point at it being a payment to help with the campaign. In which case disclosure is required.

Under the Ethics in Government Act, he has to disclose all liabilities that exceeded $10,000 at any time during calendar year 2017, even if he repaid them later that year. That includes his debt to Michael Cohen for the $130,000 payment Cohen made in October 2016 to adult film star Stormy Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford).

The other problem for Trump is that he directed Cohen and Pecker in the payments which makes him guilty of conspiracy as the payments they made were to high for a campaign donation.

Really? Conspiring to commit a felony for the purpose of getting elected isn't enough for impeachment?

You should point that out to Cohen and his lawyers. I guess they don't understand criminal law.

He pleaded guilty to a number of felonies and he said he committed one of those felonies at the direction of Trump.

According to you, Trump's defense is that Cohen did nothing wrong. As I say, maybe you should have been on his legal team.
