Ron DeSantis accused of making racist slur about Andrew Gillum

You know what, the last thing we need right now is to have the Democrats take back the congress and MONKEY with the economy we currently have. It would be bad for the country and especially the middle class. Does that make me a racist?

 

Oh let me guess they will say "it's like the n word, if you are black then you can say monkey".

 

And any that had even the tiniest bit of creditability laughed it off as a total joke. Safe to assume are among them or does the snowflake side try to paint this as that famous word losers toss around when they can't handle a situation?

They KNOW that Gillum's message and platform is a loser, so the LAST thing they want to talk about is policy.

 

Well, crying about faux racism to distract from his own shortcomings worked fairly well for Obama, at least among his followers. Maybe Gillum is just trying to take a page from Obama's play book?

I just hope Desantis ultimately wins.

Whatever Mr DeSantis' meaning many are familiar with the stereotype associated with that word.

Dog whistle or gaffe, it has added to the perception that the republicans have a race problem.

 

This is an example of the democrats long and ugly history of slavery and racism rearing it's ugly head. They are telling the African American that monkey means African American when that word is used properly as a verb. That's correct, this party of the left assumes that the average voting African American can't possibly know the difference between monkey as a slang and slur and the proper uses of the word. This is out of fear, the democrat is not happy with an African American that does not conform, not happy at all. Just look at how the democrat attacks any African American that speaks out against their party and supports Trump. The hate is so quick and so brutal it's truly is the history of the democratic party come back to life.

I've always been taught it's not what you say but what people hear you say. It's perception. I have no idea what was in the mind of Mr DeSantis but I sure did know how his comment was going to be perceived and used. He should have known also.

No Eretria, in this case it's not what DeSantis actually said but what the democrat tells the African American he said. Again it's back to the history of the Democratic Party, it's nothing new and goes back to their fight to retain slavery and then segregation.
