Scant Evidence That Clinton Had Malicious Intent

The question to you is why would you accept all this for the next 4 years when she and her cronies will be in an even higher position from which to endanger the country as they sell influence and engage in their quid pro quos even when they are being investigated and start offering cushy jobs to the investigators if they destroy or damage evidence.

Your desperate conjecture is not fact. She sent and received classified information and now we know one of her cronies interfered in an investigation to try and cover it up.

 

Oh c'mon this is a ridiculous argument. A person can have more than 1 email account. It's the senders job to ensure that the classified is being transmitted securely.

 

She received top secret e-mails from all over ... foreign governments, our government, etc. Anyone sending e-mails to Hillary *assumed* her computer was secure.

The real quandary with Hillary is this. Would you believe her if she told you she was a liar?

 

Don't you understand that it was not (NOT) the task of the FBI to go hunting for INTENT?! The FBI was to do one thing and one thing only: determine if there was evidence of crimes, who was likely (again, based on evidence) to have committed the crimes, and then REPORT THEIR FINDINGS TO THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, with a recommendation to indict, or (as we've seen in the case of Hilarity) to do absolutely NOTHING.

Then, it would be up to prosecutors in the Justice Department to decide all the esoteric fine points, like whether there was any INTENT on anyone's part to commit a crime. But FBI Director Comey was completely out of line and completely violated the FBI's charter in the way he handled this whole thing. And now, NOBODY is going to do ANYTHING about it! And that's all just fine with radical, über-liberal, Hilarity-loving Democrats because they have no respect for the LAWS of this land -- even if one of their own has broken laws (LAWS) against national security and classified information, and, made a rotten whorehouse out of the State Department of the United States for big-money donors to the Clinton Foundation!

I hadn't thought that things could possibly get any worse in this country, but now here comes the dreaded "Obama Third Term" -- with Hilarity Clinton at the helm!

Its the senders and recipients responsibility to insure classified information is being sent and received properly.

And if the recipient receives improperly marked classified material, or receives classified material she is not authorized to receive, or receives classified material in an unsecure manner, then the recipient is required to secure the material, record the people associated with the failure, and immediately notify the proper authorties.

Hilary failed on all counts. Intent is irrelevant. She broke the law.

 

Yes, anyone who has access to top secret information knows they are not supposed to send it out through unsecured channels, which is why not a single document with classified headers were sent to her. Its you who do not understand. When the recipient receives classified material through unsecure means, receives classified material which is not marked properly, or witnesses the mishandling of classified material, the recipient is required to act to secure the material, report the infractions, and correct the problems if they are in his/her area of responsibility.

When Hilary received those 1,000's of classified documents on her server (including 22+ TS/SCI) she was legally required to act. She did not. She broke the law.
