Schiff Reminds Me Of Joe McCarthy

Well Democrats don't of course but then damn few Republicans take the Cotton Mather reincarnated as Schiffless seriously. So we are at an impasse are we not?.

 

Curious how Trump's fans are avoiding the actual evidence against Trump and engage in name calling, personal attacks, and false accusations.

Why do they do this? The can't defend Trump, and they know he is guilty as hell.

3) Everybody KNEW that these hearings were going to happen if the Dems flipped The House in 2018.

These hearings come as No Surprise.

4) IF the GOP (and Trump's Supporters) were so worried about this, they should've done a better job at turning out in 2018.

I don't think young Americans learn squat from any of it unless it would be democrat kiddies inspired to operate outside the law in screwing the system and everyone in it for personal advantage. McCarthy was a populist demagogue, who was also an alcoholic. Schiff is just following the investigation launched by the Whistleblower's report and substantiated by testimony before his committee. Incidentally, Roy Cohn was the chief counsel for McCarthy's committee. Cohn went on to become Donald Trump's attorney, prior to Cohen.

Do you have evidence to the contrary? Both the Intelligence IG and the Director of National Intelligence (both Trump appointees) concluded that the WB followed the law and that his concerns were both "credible and urgent."

Yes. And, I haven't heard anything from the Republicans on the Committee to the contrary. What do you think Schiff is lying about? His parody? His failure to initially tell everyone that the Whistleblower originally came to one of his staff members for advice on how to proceed?

If you look very closely at the video's of him, he does not carry a briefcase. For the most part, his interns carry most of his paperwork in folders.
