Bates College offers housing exclusively for 'womxn of color' Bates College has announced a new residence hall, Empowering Young Minds (EYM), "for womxn of color and/or marginalized gender." The housing invitation will only be extended to “applicants who identify as womxn of color and non-binary students of color." The creators expect participants to build community by “sharing our intersectionality experiences.” The Bates Student reports that the idea for the housing project stems from the realization that the three girls were “almost the only Black girls in Page,” their freshman year dorm, alleging specifically that it was because of the college’s classification as a Predominately White Institution (PWI). First of all, "womxn?" I assume that covers all of the non binaries out there. Secondly, PWI means Predominately White Institution? I didn't even know there was such a designation. What's the purpose of that?
This is why I started my thread about there being no hope for black America. Not only do they have a self destructive culture that will always keep them behind the rest of the country they are obsessed with blaming others for those failures. Blacks are more race obsessed today than ever.
I believe in repatriation reparations. If you do not like it here and want to move to a place with your kind of people I think our government should help you do that. 1. Visas. They can take care of the visas. You renounce your American citizenship so if you want to come back you have to do it as an immigrant. 2. One way plane ticket with extra for your stuff. 3. Assistance finding you a place to live and English speaking contacts to settle in. Lawyers, real estate people. Where to get medical care. 4. $25-30K to get settled. Reparations! This is very generous. I'm sure the cops are much nicer there. I'm sure the medical care will be much better. Few white people! Goodbye and do not let the door hit you in the ass!

Indeed. It is backwards and disgusting, and as a liberal liberal, as opposed to one of these illiberal "liberals" it causes me concern that this sort of thing is even fathomable. And I'm doubly concerned that it is the "righties" (as Edna put it) who criticized it and not liberal thinking liberals.
I edited out the ones who may have come from prosperous countries. The ones listed still above come from relatively poor countries. They are usually the select few (such as myself from the Philippines) who make it to the west. They are bound to do well simply by the fact that they even got here. It means they have top end work ethic. Unfortunately, we can't be so selective with people who are born here, and ship them out those who are lazy or who are asshats (regardless of race). Wish we could.

It is notable that you still don't condemn it. How hard is that really? Condemn it and say its rare if you want. But that you don't condemn it at all speaks volumes. It reminds me of some people on the right who dismiss white supremacists as fringe, and also don't say they are at all bad.
