What if there is a successful black person out their who has never suffered any injustice, should they get someone else's money in some restitution? What if it is a poor black person who has never suffered any injustice, should they get some money? Why should I pay restitution to anyone?

FYI Egypt was (and is) situated on the Mediterranean basin at the cross roads of the African continent with the Middle East. As a result it was, for thousands of years subject to genetic flow from non-African (negroid) populations. So sorry to burst your (racial) bubble but the Egyptians were and are the result of thousands of years of complex racial intermixing - and therefore not 'black' not 'white' and not 'brown' for all that it matters.

The history of slavery is pretty much clear on the fact that (depending on your definition of slavery) all racial groups practiced it and all were subject to it. To the extend 'whites' suffered less from it was because of the early geographic isolation and relatively low population densities of northern Europe prior to end of the bronze age - not withstanding the fact that Celtic culture practiced slavery as an institution and the Romans when they expanded into Northern Europe had no qualms about importing slaves from across the Danube.
