    Isn't that why we have police to handle folks who park in handicap spots, what gives you the authority to run up and curse and yell at someone's spouse for parking in a handicap spot. Had the woman pulled out a gun and shot him would she be able to use stand your ground because she felt she and her kid's were in danger, because she was being cursed out by a man with a gun in his pants.

    the Zimmerman case was nothing like this, Z was not supposed to have a gun or act like a cop, he was to report, not play cop, not follow a guy in a truck, then after seen, follow him on foot, talk about some scary stuff, had Martin had a gun, Martin could of stood his ground, be nice if there was a video of that one, vs just the word of the killer

    yes, had he grabbed the license number and reported it, rather then being a dick, he would not be dealing with the hassle he is now going threw as well

    no, because he was not threatening her with violence, her boyfriend did more then threaten, he was violent

    doesn't give the boyfriend the right to be violent and assault the man

    No she would not have the same right until he walked up and started punching her or strangling her. How on earth do you try to conflated blindsiding someone with force and knocking them to the ground in a felony assault with simply standing there talking to them? Should he have approached her about her illegal parking? Nope. Did that warrant the physical and violent assault on him nope.

    But here you are once again defending the criminal attacker.

    And BTW we don't need the police to have to waste their time dealing with handicapped parking violations but since there are ******** JERKS out their like these people we need them to start a push on it.

    Why wasn't it sufficient to pull the gun and place him under arrest? Since when does a minor assault justify the death penalty?

    By your logic, I should have killed my ex wife. ;)

    Oh man, there are a lot of women who think it's fine to assault men. So you say shoot em!

    What can I say judge? I was scaaaaaared. Who knows what she was going to do?
