Plus it’s simply a violation of federal election law and the Feds refused to prosecute. New York has no authority to prosecute this.

If there’s a guilty verdict, it will be overturned on appeal.

 

This judge should be thrown off the bench for the way he’s conducted this case. He’s demonstrated that he’s unable to rule independent of his personal political bias.
