Context matters. Intimidating somebody who may decide your fate in what is supposed to be an impartial trial, or witnesses who may have key things to say, is interfering with the trial.

-run down and gun down protestors
-firebomb Democratic HQs around the country
-firebomb churches for hosting drag events
-threaten election workers and voters
-attack our electrical grids
-behead their own family members that work for government
-run campaign buses off the road
-chant 'Jews will not replace us'
-shoot up homes of Democratic councilmembers
-kill neighbors because they ‘think’ they are Democrats
-attack synagogues, churches, schools, and malls
-attack Democratic staffers with metal bats
-threaten to bomb Democratic campaign offices

No, I don't think it is. Any disparaging (or identifying) comment about the jury from this guy is going to be intimidating. He calls Pence a coward - his people want to execute Pence. He calls the jury rigged against him because they're democrats, his people likely would want to give them the same treatment. And there is a chance their identities will be revealed. We hope they won't, but they could.

The guy needs to not talk about the jury. Gag order. Not gag suggestion.
