If I'm wrong--point to the post. But no one on this site has stated all murders or killings should result in the death penalty. No one. So ...this original Post is simply based on a false assumption for the sake of just blathering.

I well remember when this subject was first brought up online - at that time there were several articles in which she was quoted as saying, "I'm going to get him". All of these links have all conveniently vanished from google and other search sites.

It's amazing what wealthy elites can get away with thanks to Republican affluenza.

so, Mo can run around this country committing acts against citizens by demanding they eat cake while she and her brats eat haute cuisine.
Or her miserable husband who has violated every law on the books. You mean those crimes do not merit even an investigation?
    That's just a wow......
You do know MO lost her license to practice law in Illinois for corruption, eh? She should have done prison time for that one.

I have found it is "God's will" what is the outcome of each case. Justice works in ways we cannot control as much as we want to.

It TENDS to be that those who are unrepentant, deny they had any responsibility, etc. tend to get punished with demonstrative sentences and no mercy.

The cases where people "own up" to their part in the damages resulting, tend to be treated more cooperatively in working out restitution or correction.

The tendency is to get the justice you give -- if you have a retributive intent or ill will, this invokes retribution in return.
If you have mercy and accept responsibility for correction, people tend to work with you to that same degree.

    So each case is different.
