Everybody uses his numbers, except some others go as high as 360 million.

* The Torah was written about 1300 BC.

The Jewish verses you are referring to were written around 200 CE. And in most cases from older writings , some going back 2000 years.
I'm sure it is these text that have the verses to kill you are referring to.
But these are in the past tense, of events that happened..

Some of the chapters that would become the Christian new testament were written around 100 to 200 CE

The Qur'an is from the 9th century.

Should converting to Islam be an impeachable offense?

 

I am not aware of anything in the constitution regarding murder or terrorism, but we have laws about those horrible acts.
