The obvious process of capitalism - the rich are getting richer, the poor are getting poorer.
Clothed authority scoundrels and scammers profit from taxpayers. And it happens all over the world. In Russia or in the USA, in Germany, Britain or in Papua a new guinea - always villains clothed authority plunder the state treasury. So it was and will be so, until humanity comes to a communist society.

The first step towards a just society is the transition to a socialist economic system. The great thinker and scientist Albert Einstein wrote the scientific and philosophical work "Why socialism?". I advise everyone to read it.
But at this historical period in which the insane in the White House and the Pentagon are about to break the strategic arms treaty and create a new, even more dangerous spiral of tension, the most important thing is for everyone to read Vladimir Lenin’s work "Imperialism as the Highest Stage of Capitalism."
Are you ready to increase your intelligence and not be obedient a flock of sheeps the oligarchs? In this case - read the works of Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Einstein and other geniuses.

The class of exploiters-parasites is our common enemy. Russians are not enemies of Americans, Americans are not enemies of Russians. For the working man there is one enemy — this is the class of exploiters parasitizing on the body of the working people.
For example those who plunder state budgets.

What do you think about it?

Sometimes when a part has to be specially designed for an application it gets very expensive.

That's what happens when economics of scale is taken out of the picture.

I read another story of someone who said the airforce was spending $400 each for a special lightweight hatchet for emergency applications, when such a hatchet could be bought in a hardware store for only $4. Part of the reason for the high price was the bidding contractor had to meet a long list of specifications, and carry out multiple testing to certify the hatchet met those exacting specifications. Basically just a bunch of bureaucracy.

Earlier this year, Grassley dogged the Air Force over its purchase of $10,000 toilet seat lids for a cargo plane

Just one of a million reasons we have a 21 trillion national debt. No excuse for it. It is government corruption.

I thought that this must be a joke thread but amazed to see that it's true. No wonder Trump wants to increase the military budget else how would they be able to afford to buy cups. And what do these cups do - they can be used to reheat their coffee! Soldiers in the world wars would be holding their heads in their hands in shame

I've often posited the question on this site How do you get rich beyond your wildest dreams? Answer: Get a government contract, and they'll chuck so much taxpayers' money at you you'll be sick of the sight of it.

The military industrial complex run amok. Perpetual war brought under fraud, the status quo Americana. It's no wonder they can't audit the pentagon.

Corporatism, monopolies, trusts. syndicates are all a product of capitalism. Once again, read Vladimir Lenin "Imperialism as the highest stadich of capitalism." He proves and explains everything. Read and you will have no questions.

Russian oligarchs are exactly the same parasites on the body of the working people, like the American oligarchs, French oligarchs, German oligarchs ... African oligarchs. Our common enemy is the class of exploiters-parasites.

Besides, the government can not conduct an audit of gold reserves and the Fed.

As a Russian, why aren’t you more worrying about an audit by independent agency of the Russian pension fund or off-budget military spending by the Russian government instead of worrying about Americans “auditing” the Fed?

Government bureaucrats are the new feudal lords in the United States.

Honestly we have no working class in the United States anymore, might as well call us corporate serfs or peasants.

There's something just not right about this. You think that Russian oligarchs are amazing because they have incredibly expensive yachts, really? Has it crossed your mind that the money used to buy that multi-million dollar yacht was probably at the expensive of someone else, possibly even at the expense of their life.

Between 2000 and 2004, Putin apparently engaged in a power-struggle with some oligarchs, reaching a "grand bargain" with them. This bargain allowed the oligarchs to maintain their powers, in exchange for their explicit support of – and alignment with – Putin's government.

Billionaire, philanthropist, art patron and former KGB agent Alexander Lebedev has criticized the oligarchs, saying "I think material wealth for them is a highly emotional and spiritual thing. They spend a lot of money on their own personal consumption." Lebedev has also described them as "a bunch of uncultured ignoramuses", saying "They don't read books. They don't have time. They don't go to [art] exhibitions. They think the only way to impress anyone is to buy a yacht." He also notes that the oligarchs have no interest in social injustice.

The last line bolded by me, what does that mean in simple terms? Social injustice issues would be things like unfair labor practices, racial discrimination, discrimination due to gender, orientation, ethnicity, age. Also, the death penalty, inequality of health care, public school quality in poor income areas, etc. In simple terms, they're sharks that care about acquiring wealth, even illegally, at the expense of people who have very little.

Same everywhere obviously. In the other end of the world, Bulgaria, recently we found out that a single BIC ballpoint pen in the Ministry was around $700. I can get it for $0.60 (the real price).

These Ministry BICs must be golden yeah?

I think Russian Oligarchs have killed and maimed to get where they are at. They represent what the USSR was all about before it fell apart. They represent what every leader/power player in every communist/socialist/hybrid government has produced.

I think they are amazing because of the outrageous display of wealth, the incredible security they surround themselves with, and like Putin and others, how little they care about people.

As to social justice, I don't care about that. That's just a label losers use to demand free stuff.

It's a sad commentary about yourself when you choose to overlook injustice, thinking it's irrelevant and admire those that are unjust. Maybe you're too young or have lived in a safe, protected little cocoon to be able understand what the end result of injustices towards selective groups can be. I hope you sleep well at night and give thanks that you aren't walking in the shoes of someone less fortunate.

My next door neighbor, who's 82 years old now, had four children. Her third child, a daughter, was born with Down's Syndrome. Her daughter died six months ago at the age of 58. For 58 years this mother had the burden of caring for her daughter and thank God, she had assistance from the State. For half of her life she was able to live a pretty full life in a group home with five others with Down's Syndrome. At the end, she developed Alzheimer's Disease and spent her last years confined to a bed for the good part of every day, her body twisted from contractures and muscle loss. But she had great care at the group home and died there.

Imagine, if you can, having a child born to you like her, a child that would take your entire lifetime to care for but imagine not having that help from the state or federal government. Do you think that oligarchs or the government in Russia care for people like her. Have you seen documentaries on television about the horrible, neglectful situations these abandoned children in Russia exist in? Probably not. That's just one example of social injustice. Would you would be alright with that? When people like you say they don't care one bit about social injustice and say that social injustice is just a 'label' that losers like my neighbor use for 'free stuff', well....you just couldn't be more wrong.

Get off your moral high horse.

What a pathetic display of pompous assumption.

I never stated I don't care about people. I stated "social justice" is a label. It's a catch word for losers to demand others surrender to their economic demands.

Want to make a difference? Go take some responsibility for yourself and make sure you are a giver of your own effort, not a taker and distributor of someone else's in order to feel like you're special.

So to you, my empathy translates to being on a high horse? You're too arrogant to think about anyone else but yourself, no wonder you idolize the son of Satan. Good luck with your eternity.

I don't owe you a damned thing or any explanation of who or what I am but I'll do it anyway. I have been a registered nurse for more than 40 years. I have worked 12 hour shifts cleaning **** and piss and oozing wounds. I have been **** on, vomited on and physically attacked. Now if you could walk in my shoes perhaps you could have some sense of humanity in your heart, but you cannot and you will never have what I have and believe me, there's no price that can be put on it.

You forgot to mention you're a judgmental ideologue who seeks to vilifie strangers you know nothing about.

In other words, a typical liberal progressive.

Oh, and don't whine to me about the profession you chose. What, you want some special recognition?

No wonder you cling to the label "Social Justice". You fit the bill of SJW's who thing they are special.
