Singer Macy Gray argues US needs a 'new flag' to replace 'tattered, dated, divisive' Old Glory

Well, to be fair, the Marxist Democrats, in government, in corporate America, in the entertainment and education systems are seriously working to break it, and our society is being torn and shredded by these Marxist haters.

 

You people always make sweeping opinionated attacks against Trump, and can never back them up with facts. Trump was the first president in over 40 years to NOT get our military involved in a new war or conflict, and presided over a great economy. I suppose this really pissed you people off.

 

You are in no position to make such an observation with any basis in intelligence.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone on this board justify their hate, intolerance and bigotry as much as you did in that post.

I was always a patriot, but......

 

All countries are in one way or the other because they are composed of human beings all if whom are broken in one way or the other.

 

This woman is one of those people who think changing the logo will revitalize the downtrodden and struggling people.

It's like the people who suggest we change the money from greenbacks to colorful money to revitalize the people who suffer from an economic downturn.

People like that have never loved America. Naturally they want a flag that reflects their lack of values and character. To me what they are calling for is the pulling down of America and the foisting of a conquering standard. Old Glory hasn't changed. They have. Old Glory isn't in tatters and broken. They are. People like that should go live in another country under another flag. They disgust me.

My Texas high school had a Confederate theme. You should have seen all the glorious Confederate flags students waved at pep rallies and football games. Soon afterwards due to cultural marxist social pressure, one by one Southern schools and universities dropped their Confederate themes. Around that time, I remember an old man [an unrepentant Confederate] say something very profound. He said, using the Confederate flag in frivolous ways is disrespectful to our Confederate forefathers. He said it's a good thing the sacred Confederate Southern Cross is no longer associated with modern schools that are now teaching antichrist marxist abominations. One can now say the same thing about the US flag and The Star-Spangled Banner that were created to glorify a White Christian nation that no longer exists.

God's covenant was spelled out in Genesis 9 [see quotes below]... God would never again destroy via water... and God gave the rainbow as a sign of that covenant with the earth.

That is what I was referring to in my previous post... that is what makes God's rainbow symbol [that the evil sodomites have usurped and perverted] so interesting from the Biblical perspective. The colors of the rainbow symbolize the watery "days of Noah" [the grave sin was race-mixing] and the fiery "days of Lot" [Lot lived in Sodom.] As God promised, the earth will never again be destroyed by water. As Bible prophecy tells us, next time God's destruction will be by fire from heaven... just like Sodom was destroyed.

In Luke 17:26-30, Jesus compares the evil end of the age to the "days of Noah" and "days of Lot." In both of those Biblical examples, evildoers had passed the point of no return and God intervened.

But on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all. So will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.

Macy needs to stick to singing, she’s better at that.....the Flag, is that what we are upset with today? Funny how people from all over the world, every walk of life, even tribesmen in the Congo and Aborigines in the outback know what that flag means, what it stands for. The vast parades of people invading our southern border know what that flag stands for. That’s why they will risk life and limb to come here. No,I think just because some lefty’s are mad about the flag today dosent mean it needs changing. Besides tomorrow the lefty’s will have forgotten that they are mad about that and move on to something like outrage over killing trees to build houses.
Now if she could change the flag what would her design be? I have two quick visions. One is a red background with a hammer and sickle or a red background with a big yellow start and four smaller yellow stars. Or she might just prefer a profile picture of Vlad Lenin or Joey Stalin. Perhaps a nice outline of Chairman Mao?
