    How's this Fact to start off Valentine's day.Also Ash Wednesday.
    Songbirds have brains specially designed to find Mates for Life.
    I wrote about finding a soulmate not too long ago.
    Many an old timer used that approach.Many of our Grandparents.
    The same folk who fought in WWI and also Rallied around the
    flag during WWII.
    Each generation since has become more jaded and less Patriotic
    with respect to both Loyalty as well Country.Let alone a spouse.
    At this rate ... Humanity in America is doomed.

    That's a really nice thing you do for your wife. Very cool.
    Hershey tasted better when I was a kid. Now it tastes waxy or something. The Cadbury is not waxy. Its more creamy or something. Like it melts in your mouth. I just had a piece to test it, lol. Dove's texture is odd to me.

    Yes ... as in Bingo.Philip Morris has or had the Logo
    or motto - Veni,vidi,vici -. I'm not sure as to why.
    Not exactly a Marlboro man kinda thingy.Because in 1924
    Philip Morris advertised Marlboros specifically to Women.
    Which of course was the Flapper era.Known for it's
    womanly disdain of accepted behavior and flaunting.
    I like Flaunting chicks.Or Tomatoes.I think most guy me age
    like them type.In fact,most guys of the WWII era swore by it.

    A while back our neighbors had a 50th wedding anniversary. I had asked them both what their best advice is to having so long a relationship. They both said, 'patience'. 'You have to have patience' and they smiled saying it. Makes sense.
    I think you also need to be understanding. If you want to be understood, you have to also be willing to be understanding and listen. Understanding doesn't mean being crapped on either.

    Took dad to a drs appt today... dermatologist. Used to seeing his rather stodgy male physician and in walks a beautiful young woman who could be a model and introduces herself as his new associate, MD. She talked to dad like he was 6 yrs old and he was putty in her hands. We have to go back in 2 weeks. Hope dad can wait. LOL
