    But the vitamins and calcium are ARTIFICIAL ADDITIVES and its doubtful your body absorbs them. Also, some almond milk manufacturers use a thickening agent thats all natural, but also a proven carcinogen.

    Point is... almond milk may be a great substitute for cows milk for those who cant handle it, but its still mostly water and artificial ingredients. Pseudo healthfood.

    Mexican monsoon is hitting the south west corner pretty good. Overcast today, only supposed to hit 97 F.

    Yesterday over the base wide PA system came an announcement. “Edwards Air Force base is under heat condition red”. My apprentice asked me what that meant. I replied “ not a f’n thing to you, get back to work!

    We've been enjoying a brief respite from the heat here. 90s instead of 100s, with afternoon showers thrown in for good measure. Its been nice, but next week its back to summer HELL.

    Ugh.

    Generally around the house I'm pretty unsweetened.But when going
    put in public I spruce up a bit and then when I stumble onto a
    sweetie pie or Tomato { slang for Babe } I automatically for some
    hybrid genetic reason start emitting a roustabout High Karate scent.
    A scent that drives the gals crazy and did require me to get rid
    of the running boards on me pickup truck,But not the Falstaff Beer
    Bumper sticker behind the gun rack.
    Just to be clear.
