    Plus, RoundUp is much maligned these days because there is so much hype built up around Monsanto and GMOs. If it works, use it. Nothing wrong with that, especially when done responsibly to get a bit of property under control, like you're saying.

    I invite you to eat plenty of Round up resistant crops. Make sure you use it near your favorite fishing hole, and around the wildlife in your area.

    I don't drink it either. No more than I would drink gasoline. And it is cheaper than using labor or hiring a bush hog. And a bush hog or cleaning it up by hand would only be temporary.

    Bush hog, mowing, drag a disc before the vegetation you are trying to control goes to seed works well. It might take a few seasons though.

    Nope...Roundup. What causes more damage a disk, mowing, or a bush hog? I aint worried about seeds. Mulch will take care of them. My whole garden is mulch and weeds are not a problem.

    I'm not saying you should drink it. Use of an indiscriminate vegetation killer that does long term damage to the environment is personal choice. I strongly recommend against it, but I tried to show you some respect and kept my mouth shut. Durandal is a different story.

    I never met any disrespect but it is a handy tool. I think roundup is one of the best things to come along. And it is a limited use product for me. I try never to use herbicides or pesticides. But they come in handy sometimes.

    I dunno... they say plastic straws are worse for the environment, but Round Up is on the shelf at Home Depot. Sounds like Big Brother has a priority problem.

    I don't use weed killers. The gardens been organic for over 100 years. I learned to garden organic before I could hold a shovel. lol
    We use to play army and dig fox holes in the garden in the fall when everything was pulled up for winter. I killed more bugs with soapy water and dug more night crawlers out of that garden to fish with than rusty nails on an old barn.
    Cool memories in the garden. The first time our autistic Godson pulled a carrot out of the earth. The expression on his face was everything you could imagine and then some.
    The earth is full of magic.

    My God what did they put in this water?
    Im typing down memory lane. lol

    I better go start dinner. I could type myself in trouble.
