I don't fully agree.. being nominated by a president and approved by congress goves her the right to serve until she dies.

I don't admire her for her service to the country think she has. It is my opinion that it is impossible for anyone with a left leaning agenda to serve the country as the left wing agenda harms the country.

She has certainly been committed and worked hard though and those are admirable qualities.

I guess that makes sense, we see the same “win by any means” in state gerrymandering and election interference.

even the progressive drones know that she should have retired years ago. if clinton had beaten trump she'd be sitting in a rocking chair right now, but she's a partisan hack and will continue trying to legislate from the bench until she's sure her brand of lunacy will continue after she's gone. .

But it isn't "totally" politicised. Ginsburg and Scalia were close personal friends (a lesson there for all of us here), and they occasionally voted together to throw out cases of police overreach.

Obviously the justices are ideologically similar to the presidents who appoint them --otherwise they wouldn't be appointed (!) -- but that's not "politics" -- it's just a shared way of looking at the constitution. If it were otherwise, the solicitor general would win every case. He doesn't.

 

Sooooo you are complaining because the SCOTUS may not favor the left and you think it should be adjusted until it suits your political beliefs?
