If being bigoted against bigots is a thing, then I am a bigot.
I won't respond in kind to your childish insult.

I don't know if that's the case, but there isn't any better way to describe a group of people who would abandon their beer of choice simply because it promoted a trans person. That's pure hate.
No but on occasion you get it right.

Look at it this way, how many people changed their vote for their preferred political candidate because of something that candidate did? I used to love football, spent all day Sunday watching the games. Then in a instant they did something that completely turned me off and I haven’t watched a single play since. I don’t miss it one bit.

Also, people didn’t give up beer, they just switched to a different one.

The truth is your comment was not only wrong but rude. That truth hurts you.

Your comment was universal, not specific. It destroyed any argument you were trying to make.

You're bending yourself into a pretzel in an attempt to defend what you said and now you're comparing Nazis in WW2 to white people who drank bud light? And then YOU have nerve to call others bigots?

When you classify people as bigots by the store they shop at, you are indeed a real bigot, and a grossly misdirected one.

Normally we think of people who feel they must patronize the stores that have the highest image to be snobs, or people with serious insecurities about themselves-
but most of those are still above the position you have taken. You really haven't proven anything except to say that those people seem to be better human beings than yourself.
You seem to think you acquire a "value" status by placing others beneath you, and thereby avoiding the challenge to lift yourself. That's the lowest bar there is, friend.

Their responsibility is to the shareholders. If they benefit the community and the shareholders don't object, fine. But what really happens is mutual funds are owned by investment houses have 90% of the shareholder votes, so you get wealthy social warriors on the board of directors.
And that is the problem. The Board is not taking the losses and gains, the investor is.

    IRONY :)

Only one problem, you labeled 60% of Americans as bigoted white trash. That certainly deserves the CROWN :)

I’m not losing anything. I just don’t want anything to do with a woman who wears a I ❤️ c*ck t shirt and don’t care to associate with people who defend what Bailey said concerning his wife … clear?

When one goes into business, one goes into business to make money. The best way to do this is to concentrate on one’s product or services provided. Getting involved in politics or social issues, taking side is bound to make some existing customers or potential customers mad. Bad for business, bad for making money.

Whether business does or doesn’t get involved in politics is their choice. There may be an upside in some instances, but there is always plenty of down sides. There’s issues out there that has plenty of upside, that everyone can agree that it’s a good thing, getting involved in cancer research or some other disease in searching for a cure usually is a big plus. Politics is divisive in its nature. I’d advise all businesses to stay out of politics, but again, that is their decision.

or they see which way the wind is blowing in the free market (younger people are more accepting of LGBTQ people) and they don't want to be left behind.

Really, so a company should not come out against racial bigotry because it may piss off customers who are members of the KKK?

Hogwash. The only difference between rejecting racial bigotry and sexual identity bigotry is that, currently, sexual identity bigotry is more acceptable. But that demographic is shrinking (look at how the national view on gay marriage has changed in just the last decade). There will come a time (and it's coming a lot sooner than the far right wing is willing to admit) when sexual identity bigotry will be viewed in the same way as racial bigotry. NOT coming out against it will hurt the company far more that coming out in favor.

Not only has Newsom & Co boycotted states because of their bathroom laws, but he’s also targeting a business.

When Newsom does it no one on the left calls him a bigot. Why?

Newsom to shut Walgreens out of California state business following abortion pill decision

    CNN —
California will cease all its business with Walgreens, the retail drugstore chain, Gov. Gavin Newsom said on Monday, days after the company announced it would not dispense abortion medication in 21 Republican-dominated states.
