I wonder if the left proposing the stacking of the court to use as leverage to stop the other side from over playing its hand would have support from the same folks...

Allen West has always been a militant far right wing agitator. I used to frequent his Facebook forums before he was shot down for lying about something..cant remember what it was. He uses his military history as prop when ironically he was given the boot after violating UCMJ.

Maybe Republicans could start with deciding what form of government you would actually support.

They certainly show that they don't support democracy after spending so much time assaulting that idea.

They certainly don't support "checks and balances".

They certainly don't support equal treatment of citizens.

They don't support being a republic, as that doesn't give standing to one state suing others for their internal business.

Their ideas of congress have nothing at all to do with what our founders created - in ANY dimensions.

Their ideas of our courts is as a purely partisan support mechanism.

They don't agree with there being state level democracy, as they're fine with their right wing showing up on Wisconsin's capitol building with assault weapons to call for the execution of their governor. (An interesting insight into Republican "law and order".)

So, how about having some Republican leader working with other Republicans to form a statement about what kind of government they WOULD support?

Until then, trying to figure out what Republicans actually want is a fool's errand.

Right now, there just isn't any principle of government that could possibly be a starting point.

Biden was not the final nominee then, but he was a candidate then and Trump knew that

Republicans don't like Hunter working with international companies, but are completely content with Ivanka getting dozens of patents from China while we are in a trade war and Trump paying more in taxes to China than the US. Go figure.

    I hope so.

I don't see any reflexes in the Republican party that lead me to believe there exists a form of national government that Republicns would accept.

Saying "but, Romney" just isn't an argument.

I don't understand how any logical and honest person is surprised.

The Democrats created an unverifiable and non-transparent election, and then have some ridiculous mathematical outliers.... who would not think they are experiencing taxation without representation. The Judicial Branch offered no guidance or remedies, which means virtually no one of the Republican side is going to trust national elections and Battleground state elections moving forward.

Lol...your incoherent use of the apostrophe aside, the Bidens have not been under investigation, any more than investigations of ivanka, jared and don jr can be called investigations of the orange dotard himself.
Get back to us when they're investigating Joe Biden like they are your boy trump.
Meanwhile, pure fail on your part.

This was the fairest, most anomally free election in the last 100 years.

And, you have NO evidence sugesting that isn't the case.
This election was even more verifiable than any other federal election in hte USA.

The main reason for that is that we've had more attention paid from the federal level on down.

One notable advancement is that numerous states have had the security of their absentee ballot systems improved. These improvements included executive branch participation as well as the support and direction of Republicans in many of our states. In my state (WA) elections have been run by Republican Sec. States for a long, long time - and that is who designed our vote by mail system.

The reason there are no "remedies" is that there was NOTHING TO REMEDY.

And, court after court after court has explained that to you.

It is an interesting issue . . . conservative -- that is . . . law abiding -- states could form a sort of mutual LEGAL defense pack and marketing group as a confederation inside the union without leaving the union. The problem with the idea is that there would have to be a mechanism for rejecting a state once it has become rotten and turned leftist in nature. For instance . . . if Colorado had 'joined up' before it turned itself into California-lite, there would need to be a way to eject Colorado from the confederation while leaving in place a proviso for earning its way back into grace if ever it managed to reject leftist control of its state government again.

Secession as leverage was the Democrats Plan b for the election:

“But conveniently, a group of former top government officials called the Transition Integrity Project actually gamed four possible scenarios, including one that doesn’t look that different from 2016: a big popular win for Mr. Biden, and a narrow electoral defeat, presumably reached after weeks of counting the votes in Pennsylvania. For their war game, they cast John Podesta, who was Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, in the role of Mr. Biden. They expected him, when the votes came in, to concede, just as Mrs. Clinton had.

But Mr. Podesta, playing Mr. Biden, shocked the organizers by saying he felt his party wouldn’t let him concede. Alleging voter suppression, he persuaded the governors of Wisconsin and Michigan to send pro-Biden electors to the Electoral College.

In that scenario, California, Oregon, and Washington then threatened to secede from the United States if Mr. Trump took office as planned. The House named Mr. Biden president; the Senate and White House stuck with Mr. Trump. At that point in the scenario, the nation stopped looking to the media for cues, and waited to see what the military would do. “

I'm just going to assume that's Carlson's or Hannity's wet dream.

And, I'll note that nobody who knows the west coast believes that's going to happen.
